OK so I don't have to worry about fluid intake before or after? Sent from my Y538 using the BariatricPal App I was instructed to drink my Protein shake 30 minutes after a meal or 30 minutes before a meal. Pre Op : I was told to drink 4 8oz protein drinks a day 2 small pieces of fruit 64 oz of sugar free fluid and 4 oz of lean meat with veggies. I believe I'm allowed to have sugar free popsicle and jello

That's how I feel but we have to stay positive. We defeat ourselves with our thoughts... Negative in Negative out! I think my problem is the fact that being overweight is all I know. So your starting your fast on the 25th??? I just said we need to do a group for 2/8 dates there are quite a few of us. And I know I'll need all the support I can get with this liquid fast : )
