Vanilla by far is the worst for me, but I've never been a sweets type. I stick with the unflavored nectar and add it to broth or yogurt so far. I'm excited to try the fruit Nectar ones. hi Lola I'm not a fan of wasting anything exspecially money.... I wish they did the little sample trays like they do at Sam's or BJ's but nope I haven't seen any yet but I will check walmart I do like their prices. thanks Hi Raymia, I am currently in the preop liquid stage and I have wasted quite a bit of moola on disgusting shakes too. I finally found Atkins shakes (15g) and they are delicious. They come in packs of 4. The mocha, milk chocolate, cafe caramel, and dark chocolate are favorites. To switch it up french vanilla and strawberry are good too. You can usually find in a Walmart or Target. costco has a case of Premier Protein in an 18 pack. Its good too with twice the protein (30g) of Atkins but just one flavor. One flavor gets pretty old quickly so I stay with Atkins for variety. These brands are both creamy and the container makes it easy for on the go or slow lifestyles. On a side note...do not fall for Advantage shakes, only the package looks good. Dr Jooyeun Chung Capital Health Hopewell, New Jersey..... She's a wonderful surgeon and no I haven't had my procedure done yet but she did my best friend in May. No problems nor complaints : )

I have a nice one I plan on using I'm just not sure how soon after surgery I can do this....

I just didn't like the idea of having a object inside of me and after all my research I seen that a lot of lapband ppl have it removed and get sleeved anyway.... Also the risk with the sleeve is very low.

All I see is ppl with surgery dates in this group while I'm here biting my nails playing the waiting game. I keep telling myself to relax but I'm tooo excited!!! I think I need to realize that a lot of you been working on this for months, I literally woke up one day called the doctor and scheduled a appointment last month.... I've wanted to do this for years but held off because of my parents and finally at the age of 35! I decided I have to do what's best for me. Now I'm sitting here like a groupie looking at before and after pics to see results. P.S. Take some pictures! Don't wait until you lose the weight take those good BYE Fat pics!!! I know I did
