    Foam and indigestion

I still feel nauseous depending what I eat. And I still eat too fast and occasionally foam. Im a year and a half post op. Just take it slow. And see what doesn’t make you nauseous

    Never not hungry.

I agree. I think about food often. It is hard. If I eat protein and stick to the program I feel full. If I eat sugar or carbs. I want more. Best of luck to you. Just think of what you went through. Plan your food for the day.
  3. I had the leak test the next day. I stayed in the hospital the full 3 days two nights. All I wanted to do was sleep. I felt like the nurses were in every 10 minutes. I suppose that's a good thing. I took no pain pills after leaving the hospital. I had no gas pains. I did walk the halls because the nurses told me to do it as much as possible.
  4. Where are you from ? The prices have come down in the USA. I had mine in Florida. $10,000. Included everything. I have heard some good and bad things about Mexico.

    Buyers regret

I felt the same way for a long time. I ate too fast and had foam too. Just concentrate on water. Don't do vitamins till you can stomach them. I am a year out and wear size 8. I am happy. It takes time. I sometimes ate 3 crackers with a little tuna for my meals. Eat what works for you. Use this support group as many of us have gone through the same but there is light at the end of the tunnel.
  6. On phone go to the bottom right. Then hit goals. Then hit nutrition. You can edit there Jen

    Buyers remorse hits hard

I'm 10 months out today. I felt the same way. I ate too fast ( my two bites that I could eat ) I would foam and throw up it was horrible. It will get better. I wish I did this 10 years ago. You will too. Jen

  12. Thanks Liz. I only said tomorrow because I think it was 3 am when I saw the post. As far as carbs. I know myself. I have to start very low because the more I eat the more I crave. I look forward to the new start

    Cash for sleeve

Sorry just saw this. Dr shillingford in boca raton. $10,000
  14. So glad I am looking at this tonight. Exactly what I need. I am 10 months out tomorrow and the last 3 months I've been bad. Drinking beer. Eating ice cream and candy. Not everyday. A good week then two bad weeks etc. I will get on the scale in the morning and start from there. I actual think it's only been a few pounds of gain. But I should still be losing. I started at 211. August 15. I was down to 152 two weeks ago. I will restart the plan tomorrow. I have to do low carb and drink the shakes. It's a slippery slope for me with crackers and sweets. I'd prefer to eat rice than meat. Then I'm full of non nutritional food and feel sick. Thanks to the original poster. Does anyone use my fitness pal? We could also keep track of each other there too?

    Food not so enjoyable

From what I can tell you are just sleeved this month. You definitely won't be able to eat much. I am 8 months out and love food. I eat small portions. But it still is not as enjoyable as before sleeve. But that's a good thing. It will get better for you. I regretted the surgery for probably the first three months. After that I am 200% on board
  18. I had surgery 8 months ago. Just my husband knows. No ones business. People are judgemental

    Wonderful
  20. I'm in key west. I'm 8 months out 15 pounds more to lose. But I need motivation too. Let's start a group?
  21. You accomplished a lot. Don't beat yourself up. Back to basics! I also see it's a slippery slope with sugar. And beer!

    Cold All of the Time

I was always hot before then after surgery cold. But I'm 8 months out and back to normal
  23. I had sleeve surgery 8 months ago. I only told my husband. I moved out of state so it was easier. I did t want to be judged either. I just say I'm eating better and exercising. All true

    Any Regrets?

No regrets wish I did it sooner. I considered Mexico but found a surgeon in Florida for $10,000. I am almost 8 months out. I cannot eat much at one time. I do see that you can sneak in ice cream or sweets which I have done a few times. Did t know there was a single incision available. My scars have faded and I wear a one piece bathing suit.
