Feb 2017 sleevers - how's everyone doing post-op?
ApplevsOrange replied to biginjapan's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Hello all! I was sleeved 2/28. I am feeling better, only having mild tummy pain when sitting up from a bed or chair. I am going on regular walks and enjoying Greek yogurt on my full liquid diet! My favorite protein shakes are premier protein or muscle milk banana creme. I am 12 days post op and down 18 pounds from surgery. I am so grateful for my new tool! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk -

How are you feeling? I was also sleeved 2/28! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

I got sleeved yesterday 02/28! Just got home and I am so excited for this journey. Surgeon discovered a hernia on the EGD so that was also repaired yesterday. This has caused more abdominal pain. I also have lots of gas in my chest. I started walking at 3 am and continuously throughout the day. Let's do this! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Do what you think is best for YOU! Everyone has an opinion but it is your body. If you want to have it in Feb. do it then. I think 2 weeks is the normal time to be off of work. If you really want the FMLA benefit then wait until May. It's all up to you sweetie. Wishing you all the best Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
