Thank you girl, it's crazy because I thought oh hell yea I'm dropping like crazy, the my 3rd week I stalled and gained back 12 pounds!! I was pissed but two weeks after that the stall moved and I lost the 12 pounds plus more. I stay of the scale now.. It could become obsessive. I'm at 65 pounds lost so far.. Yup my doc was very happy for me.. But told me to up my intake at the beginning i wasn't eating or drinking anything and plus I started off at a high weight. Sent from my Z981 using BariatricPal mobile app

Surgery 6/14! My DL to now! Best decision I've ever made in my life with thank God and my doctor, and I'm only just getting started! I had a comment from a much older lady Saying my weight loss was "unrealistic" Girl don't come for me.. Sorry I had a great doctor and I'm sorry I have youth own my side! And followed my doctors oders to a T.. Don't judge peoples journey.. Every single person is different, so yes I lost my weight and will continue doing what I do.. I ate or drank only when I could I didn't keep a time.. Low sodium beef or chicken broth with an egg in it.. And water.. I couldn't even do protien shakes but I would sip what I could.. I would sip on as much water as I could and vitamins Sent from my Z981 using BariatricPal mobile app

Yup lol I had surgery in June.. I was having food funerals in my head! I was scared of not being able to go out and have fun.. Now I have more fun I look and feel so much better.. Food is not a big deal I won't eat or just take a bite here and there.. Alcohol I know we should wait but I'll have a shot or two.. Life is good..bim glad I didn't back out.. I'm PISSED OFF BEYOND BELIEF! I had surgery 6/14 I lost 40 pounds but as of today 12 pounds came back..! How that fast did 12 pounds come back?? I didn't even gain that much weight eating McDonald's every other day in a week's time.. Please someone HELP!! I've called my doctors office.. No help.. I made an appointment with my dietitian can't see her until August.. I'm lost and getting discouraged.. I've been typing in to Google .. Thank you so much.. I was thinking how when I can't even eat that much.. I will be drinking my protien .. And I weigh myself at work .. I'm going to check that scale out.. And that's one thing my nut mentioned was to check my sodium content.. So I've been low sodium everything.. I only been drinking 33 oz of water ..
