Kim, I sure will. She talked to the NP the other day and she was telling Joy that they may do a "scope" of her uterus. And if they see something out of the ordinary, they'll take a biopsy. So I guess we'll wait until Thursday.

beachbander, My wife is practically begging for ANOTHER fill. She had her first one on 2-2-06 and for the first couple of weeks she was doing great. Lots of restriction. But now, I guess the swelling has gone down and she has gotten use to the feeling and she is eating anything and everything. And she isn't due for another doctor visit for another two weeks. By then I think she'll put a strangle hold on somebody until she gets another fill....LOL

Kendra, she doesn't go back to the Dr till the 9th. And we haven't gotten the results back from the blood test, yet. The NP says they had to send it off to another lab, so it takes longer....grrrrrrrrr.

HAHAHA You want torture....Last year my DW ordered me a whole case, twelve boxes, of Samoas. I love them, they are my most favorite cookies in the world. They arrived right after we started the Atkins diet. I left them in the case for 9 months...then gave away all of them to our son and his friends. All except one box, which I used to celebrate our 30th Anniversary, back in September. I purchased a small carton of milk, sat down on the airplane to Las Vegas, and devoured the entire box. And yes...it was VERY satisfying, thank you very much.

ok, the DW works at a dental office and she tells me that you don't have to floss all of your teeth..........just the ones that you want to keep.:faint:

I am reminded of the song by Mary Chappin Carpenter....(tuning up manly voice) "Grow old along with me, the best is yet to be"...but that wasn't going to happen. Joy's weight was like the old saying, 5 lbs per year. She weighed 150 when we got married....30 years ago. Do the math. The co-morbidities were beginning to work their way into our daily lives. Her health and attitude were both heading into the basement. Now I see a change in both. We're looking forward to the future...together. She's talking about going out and buying a new wardrobe and I'm standing here with the Visa card. She's planning a trip to Atlanta to see the daughter unit, by herself. One of the main things I've told her all along is that I will do ANYTHING to help her. The one thing I CANNOT do is lose the weight for her. Believe me, after all these years we've been through a river of tears and late night discussions and we're down to the bottom line. IF IT IS TO BE, IT IS UP TO ME (her)
