What does being stuck feel like??

Pain:cursing: with sliming and pb. I was stuck for 2 hours with pb and slimed. I try walking, changing postions and raising my arms nothing worked. I tried a hot long shower and that help to move things along. This was a wake up call to eat slowly and to take my time. I was sore for the next day and eat mushy foods only. -
July Bandsters...how much have you lost since surgery??

I was banded on July 13th and have lost 10 pounds. Glad to hear I'am not the only one thinking I should have loss more. This is a new way of life and we are still learning. -

No fills yet I have a 8cc band. I did ask my Dr what is his normal amount of the first fill. He said 4 cc is this to much for a 1st fill I thought maybe 2cc. -
:thumbup:I had surgery on 5/13/08 at 7:30am. Stayed the night in hospital my choice. Only pain med was morphine (sp) at 10:30am. I fell sore but no real apain. I was walking as of 11am and did this 5 more times that day.Im home know just woke up and had chicken broth. Have not been hungry. I know every one does differently.Waiting for gas pains hoping all the walking will keep it away. :thumbup:

The lapband is 90% less pain than a C section. I was band on 5/13 and have only taken tylenol for pain . Just walk alot and take it easy. -
I'am coughing due to my allergy. Only 4 days post op no pain just not sure if I should be concerned? Any one else have this problem before? Do not want to cause any problem with my new band.

I feel fine no real pain. So glad I did this. Will take 1 day at a time. -

I have loss weight many times and with old bad habits I'm back to my high weight. This time I will not fail. This time I plan to have food that I can eat readly on hand.So I will have to think in advance and plan also. I will have some healthy food for work in the car and at home. Pre plan so I can grab and run if I'm in a hurry. And remove foods that I can not eat from my home. It is up to me and my new tool. -
I have been approved and have May 13 as my surgery date. But what if I fail again and do not lose weight or not keep the weight off ?:tongue_smilie: I have been watching how and why I eat. Trying to make good choices and smaller amounts. Down 9 pounds in 6 weeks. I'm getting the WHAT IF fear:confused2:

My Dr. request that we start a 1000 to 1200 cal diet. This has been hard some days but will keep trying. -

I just found out I have H Pylori. I do not having any problems this was a suprise. SOOO not looking forward to starting the medicine. :thumbup: -
Finished all may lab work, psych test done, seen dietician. Will see Dr Vierra on April 4th to summit insurance paperwork and set a datefor surgery. Hope to have surgery 2nd week in May after my vacation. Working on diet of 1000 to 1200 calories a day. So far lost 6 pounds in 2 weeks.:embaressed_smile:
