Everyone looses different. I will take inches lost and loose clothing..you're still on the losing side. Make sure you're getting enough Protein and getting your fluids in. Your body needs nutrients so you can lose weight. I'll be a month post op tuesday. Good luck to you on this journey!! How much of your weight loss has been since your surgery? How much did you lose before the surgery? -

What type of exercising do you all do who have lost? -
I have not had surgery yet but will have the sleeve around the first of June. I'm just now starting my required 6-month pre-diet. I'm trying to read as much as I can so I can be fully prepared for the surgery. You've done great with your weight loss. Have you been exercising? I am 346, 5'3" so I have a lot to lose. Congrats on your success!
