Spanish teacher, outdoor enthusiast, mother of 3 grown children. Two of my children are independent, one is in his last year of university    I have been married for 25 years to a kind man who loves to cook and eat   I also take care of my mom who has Alzheimer's. She lives with me every Friday through Sunday. This limits most of my weekend activities.  Since she is extremely dependent on me, most weekend activities are bending down, changing her, feeding her, taking her to the bathroom. I do not get to vacation with my husband, my vacations are taking her to her summer home in Spain.  My life kind of sucks right now . ****, now I feel extremely guilty for feeling like this.
