I was sleeved October 27 at 299 pounds. Today I'm at 228. Today I ate: Organic light string cheese Small handful of grapes 2oz salmon with a couple green beans and tiny slices of potato 6 chocolate covered almonds Coffee Another 1oz of salmon This is a pretty typical day. I stopped weighing myself after 340. During the last two months of my doctor supervised diet I took it super seriously and started walking 1 hour per day 6 days a week and lost 40 pounds. I was 299 pounds when I was sleeved on 10/27/16. I just ended my 3 week stall and am losing again I weigh 266 today. It's absolutely possible. I'm am a 29 year old 5'5 female. I've been doing weed since three days post op. I was able to use it for pain management and was able to stop my narcotic pain meds that same day. My only suggestion is don't smoke it, its bad for your lungs and slows healing and can cause ulcers. I bought Water bottles that had the TCH in them. My surgeon barely gave me a diet plan to begin with. He said crackers were okay from day 2 so I didn't think eggs was a big deal. (Didn't eat any crackers though). My surgeon has been out of town my entire week post op. I wanted to see him and ask him lots of questions but he isn't around. Hey everyone! I was sleeved exactly 8 days ago. I feel pretty amazing and really well healed. I've been listening to my body and obeying the rules. I was wondering if it's okay to eat some very well chewed eggs and turkey sausage today? I feel almost 100% other than fatigue from a lack of nutrients.
