I have been approved stages 1 and 2 through Molina of washington, whats next? It was approved on Tuesday Nov. 22, 2016. I still haven't heard from a case manager and one hasn't been assigned yet. I am wondering what happens next? Thanks Nicole Sent from my SM-G928P using the BariatricPal App
