@@sanaa.a I doubt you will up to "talking" today, but I hope everything went well, and your recuperation is swift I fly out Thursday, so may not connect with you again for a few days. But I will be VERY interested in how you cope with the 2 weeks of mush food...... I have a problem with "texture" foods, don't eat Soups, don't eat mushy foods, so I am a bit worried for those 2 weeks - but I could be that hungry by then I will eat mush happily -

So I can't get this signature thingy right! Any advice? The pic is my inspiration...... I don't have to start VLCD until 1st December, but I'm planning on starting tomorrow (even a little off before flying out will help), and hopefully will get used to taste..... -

HI Sanaa.a - I know! The waiting waiting waiting! I am going o/seas next week for a few weeks, so could not have surgery until I come back.... hence the 10th. Did you use Optifast for your VLCD? -
