Has anyone found cheaper ways to follow protein diet? I can't believe how expensive some of this stuff is. Can't you use shakes and purée regular food as long as it doesn't contain sugar? -
I am 1 month until surgery. Already using shakes for Breakfast and lunch. What are some things I should stock up on now. I'm supposed to be on Clear liquids 2 weeks before and two after. I have bought 2 cases chicken broth. What else? Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
