3 weeks post surgery
My4Brownies replied to Adrian Tookey's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
If it is too much for you pureed it more and sip it as if you would your liquids..you may have to go back so some liquid..I was sleeved on the 9th and when it was time to go from liquids to pureeds then soft I was nervous because of the digestion so I eased into it and still incorporated the liquids..warm/ room temperature worked best for me from the start and to be honest have not do really tried a cold nothing yet..be patience and don't force it.The throwing up could be you moving to fast and with the re healing is in progress now..good luck and congrats on the weight loss. My4Brownies replied to cuteNATL's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Sleeved November 9th..I am a secret sleever to my family because oh my gosh..they were such a let Dow on my weight..always the bigger sibling but critical about surgeries..smh..but since it was so soon My taste buds not right so nothing jumped at me ..I had a slice of turkey, couple potatoes and over cooked carrots..and that was it..My mom hosted instead of my aunt so that probably helped me too. My4Brownies replied to tenseintexas's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
Roasted chicken or chicken breast in can (like tuna) is moist..cut in small pieces and rember your chewing technique...thin cut (lean) meats are better to digest..still chewing technique..hope that helps for you and things get better☺ Sent from my SM-N920P using the BariatricPal App -
