Please don't. I learned one of the things that inflated my stomach quickly was filling it up by chugging. I'm nearly three years post surgery & chugging is no longer a thing for me. Sip, sip, sip endlessly. I know it sucks, but it's either this or pain & stomach inflation. Good luck!

I did the second day I was home from surgery. I started with just a little then added a tiny amount more each day. Within a week I was doing ab work too. Good luck!

Eating past the 20 minute mark

Pardon the pun, but this is a gut check. No one - not us, not your surgical team, no one - is going to stop you eating after 20 minutes except you. This is an intro to the maintenance phase. The surgery is a powerful tool but only you can wield it. You're learning to use the tool & understand what its limits are. I'm excited for you! Good luck! -

Talk to your surgeon about this. Your surgical team should be aware of all medications you're on. They may find alternate forms or have you crush some pills. It all depends. Work with your team - that's why they're there! Good luck!

Hard to say. Some people end up with so much excess skin they need it surgically removed. Others like me are very lucky & virtually no excess skin. I'm nearly three years post surgery & have had no problems in this area at all. Solve what you can solve when you can solve it. Don't sweat it yet. Good luck to you!
