I am worried about the protein shakes I cant stand them now they taste like crap...I am being banded tomorrow:lol: but am concerned

I went for my follow up yesterday! I am down 17 pounds since surgery (22 pounds since my first visit at Dr. Speigel's. I get my first fill on 4/15!!!

In his Houston office! I did not eat any candy either!!! I was so proud of myself! I had a potato with fajita meat on it and I was fine!

I go in on 3/25 for a follow up I am not sure when I will get my first fill but I hope it is soon!

I was banded 3/7/08 by Dr Speigel Houston TX and to date I have lost 18 pounds but nothing in the last 4 days!

he banded me on 3/7/08 spent the night in the hospital because of insurance, but am home and doing well.
