Next Wednesday is surgery day and Im getting Anxiety like no other... My life is already Anxiety filled since i lost my daughter almost 17yrs ago and it was just after Christmas when she passed. So the surgery i will be having soon is just bringing up more anxiety and im kn medication!... It's not the actual surgery I'm afraid of or my new life after it's being put under.... So far today is day 3 and i stepped on the scale and lost 4 lbs... Honestly though Iam miserable i just want to cry but i keep on trucking!.... 1 more week and i have my surgery. I am so blessed to have my husband and my few friends support me through this i know so many aren't that lucky. I can't wait to start my healthy life again physically and mentally. So I'm trying to prep for my pre-op diet and i can have 3 to 4 peotein drinks a day and 1 small meal between 380 to 230 and can not go over 870 calories total in a day any suggestions on what Protein drinks are the best to have.... Iam so thankfull for this thread... I have not yet had my sleeve but iam due to in just over a month now and i will never regret it. Today i had my nutrition appointment and the pre-op diet i think i can actually be able to live with 850 calories a day and 2 Protein drinks a day and 1 sensible meal!! I got this...
