I also felt with this same thing. Even after the surgery I am being criticized for having it. I am proud of myself and no one is gonna get me down. My diet 2 weeks before surgery..... 2 meals with 3oz chicken, fish,or any lean meat, 2 cups of leafy greens salad with lite or fat free dressing, 1/2 cup veggies ( no corn, potatoes, or peas ). On the salad try not to use iceberg lettuce of you can help it.....spinach is better. Then use 3 primer shakes....1 for breakfast,and the other 2 for Snacks between meals....Drink plenty of Water....non caffeine and no sugar.....crystal light, is an awesome drink..I lost 15 lbs Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using the BariatricPal App

I also slipped up and did way worse than you did....I ate a tenderloin and egg biscuit 3 days before my surgery. I did tell my doctor and he really did not get on to me. I did fine during surgery.
