    Eating protein

I've tried cottage cheese, but still can't get past the texture. I do OK with chicken salad, but seems like just about everything else, sits like a rock. I take small bites, wait 10 minutes between. Thank you for all the feedback. Guess it'll be chicken salad and Protein shakes a little while longer Sent from my HTC One A9 using the BariatricPal App
  2. I am 6 weeks post op. I am supposed to be at the soft part of my diet, but I'm finding it difficult to find something that settles well. Is anyone else having this problem? Sent from my HTC One A9 using the BariatricPal App

    Will I be broken forever?

It does get better. I had horrible nausea, zofran didn't help, so I went to the old reliable, diet gingerale. Shook it til it was flat, helped almost immediately Sent from my HTC One A9 using the BariatricPal App
