I had hardly time to eat after gastric bypass surgery last January but its not so easy for me but its so slow and improvement full and half of food.. but I don't want dwell old food so I'm really need change new chapter food after my gastric sleeve surgery last January after my surgery i have my mind what eat healthier and i do rid fried food but i do eat fruits and vegetables not too much

I had change my chapter since my gastric sleeve surgery last January and I'm chosen what i eat or not eat.. *I'm quit eat pizza because of my post gastric sleeve surgery last January i wont eat pizza because of carbs too much for me.. *I can eat what i wanted but I'm quit fried food and I'm still eat healthier food include fruits and vegetables but i cant eat battered food.. * Too much carbs include pizzas,Chinese,Mexican,Italian,seafood like Olive Garden and red lobster both too much carbs and i have to hold that till I'm lose more weight first my advise for you don't eat carbs please!

I'm on post operation last January 9 I'm now almost six months but I'm now five months later before surgery I'm use 30/32 pants,shorts and Capri but I'm decide to change size to 26/28 after surgery felt fabulous to fit no matter to fit clothes for me after my gastric sleeve surgery last January but i have try fit good clothes comfortable for me but i will fit clothes include pants,Capri and shirts after my surgery to lose more sizes.

I'm been work harder for four months since my post operation surgery last January 9,2017 and before gastric bypass surgery I'm ballooned at 390 but I'm chosen to change my chapters life.. I'm been work harder after my surgery I'm lose weight now at 289 pounds but I'm use bike for 30 seconds..

When I got in airport and hardly for me to fit seat belts so I told flight attendants to extra seatbelt but I will workout on my shred lose my weight they I will fit airport seat belts I cant wait!

I can eat fruits include watermelon,apples,oranges,and mores kept me lose more weight after my surgery I have more careful plus chopping watermelon portions for next days..

How long wait eat sushi? I didn't know about i eat sushi after my surgery but im on post surgery three weeks after my surgery and im been patient for sushi im still options.. Im read research online says will be 6 weeks to months plus more i can wait for that..

I went Chinese restaurant April 26 and makes me too much food include too much carbs,rice and sushi also its badly choice for me to eat restaurant after my surgery last January 9,2017.. and its so stupid choice for me but I got threw up but I'm alright my mom warned me not going Chinese restaurant for lunch or dinner because I'm on post surgery under one years period! I need focus to eat healthier food not stupid food like that

I'm been obsessed with sushi but I have hold with that sushi because of my post surgery till one years or after thanks for remind that.. I don't eat rice before and after surgery because can mess up my surgery my baratric doctor wouldn't allowed that or I'm straighten hospital surgery immediately.. I eat wonton soup from restaurant its good but my mom loves it since my mom had baratric surgery in 2012.. I had hardly times to full food since my baratric surgery not laughing matter!! And I eat later or next days..

I love drinks frappuccino from Starbucks and Barnes&Nobles but before gastric bypass surgery I drink Frappuccino include s'mores,strawberry&creme,etc THEY NOW I'm chosen no longer drinking frappuccino because of my surgery and I'm learn that frappuccino got more sugar too much for me..

I cant eat popcorns I did post thread previous I'm make decision change my chapter life I went to my baratric doctor baker and he tell me says absolutely NO! Its bad choice for my surgery mess up on my diets because I'm on post surgery three months ago last January 9,2017

No driving for 6 weeks after surgery

Hardly to says after baratric surgery no sex till past six weeks to 2-3 months if baratric says ok with you ahead have sex with your boyfriend,fiancé and husband.. I had sex with my exboyfriend previous and I'm no longer with him because its so private personal for me..

Ulalume, I had surgery three month ago last January 9,2017 and I got quickly recovery and I never been back and forth hospital after my surgery.. I'm on post operation of gastric bypass surgery and I got little eat of protein and my doctor tell me MUST eat protein! I eat little scrabble eggs,oatmeal,soup,and mores.. my advice for you need eat more protein and don't eat too much or you will threw up I got threw up because of lots of food I'm suggesting you be careful.. you're on post operation two weeks later you need careful for that don't eat include fried chicken,pizza,pasta,candy,popcorn,rice,etc they you can get sick or threw up..

I had hardly times to eat popcorns since I had surgery January 9,2017 but I'm not ready for eat popcorns or I would choke I have watch my calories but I don't wanted doctor's behind back I'm warned my mom about eat popcorn but I'm still my vows to lose more weight after my gastric bypass surgery I wouldn't tolerate my diets I'm been waiting eat popcorns in years

I'm lose weight since my gastric sleeve surgery January 9 and I'm been working hardly to down 300lbs but it's almost I'm promise for that!! So I haven't found my before picture of my surgery don't worry about that I have focus that!! I have appointment next day April 6 for weight in after my gastric sleeve surgery last January

My family had heart history include my first grandfather bean who had two heart attack in 1975 and 1976 when he died but he didn't get surgery when he died in July 16,1976 if he was alive today but he died at 41 years old so he will be here if he would be 82 years old but he still spirit.. my dad got open heart surgery in June 2004 and I went see him after his surgery and I do miss my dad when he died but he died after Christmas 2015 its so unexpected and its so speechless for me but I don't know what cause my dad died from its so private he died at 63 years old.. I got chest pains last July 2016 I need easy that but I didn't get open heart surgery like my dad in summer 2004 but I'm young to open heart surgery..

I'm been eat sushi two months after surgery I have careful with rice but I love eat whether with any types of sushi I eat not too much for rice just few if you eat 2 will be fine!
