Hey everyone! My surgery date is coming up soon (Nov 9th) and I'm looking for anyone else that's having surgery around the same time. I use Jarrow unflavored whey Protein. Each scoop is 20g of protein, I believe. I add it to my smoothies and can never taste it. Haven't tried it in anything else yet but so far so good. Bought it on Amazon for about $25-30. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

I had my very first consult in may and I'm having surgery on November 9th! So I'd say 6 months is probably accurate and the average it seems. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
