No just think you started at THREE AND 13lbs 9 monthso ago and look how far you have come child please be thankful that it's it's gone now do the work to keep it off is what I would be telling myself.If you wanna see how far you have come how about you go in the back of that closet pull out a pair of those 313lbs jeans see how they fit now on that 184lb body maybe that would help ease your mind a lil bit .This is the new you embrace it???? LOL) ask all your questions some of your questions have already been discussed at length go to "SEARCH" in top right hand area check it out continue your research check out U-tube there is lots to learn can be overwhelming but i know you can do this!!!
