Hey all, I am 2 days pre-op from my roux-en-y. I have an old analog scale that changes its readings every time anyone gets on it and I really need a new scale. I am looking for suggestions from anyone who's had experience with the scales that measure your body fat/muscle at home? Which is generally more accurate? Which should I avoid? Thanks in advance. -
Hello, I'm exactly one month from my operation date. I'm on a ramen-noodle-every-night type budget and need some suggestions regarding affordable protein shakes and supplements for my liquid diet.
