Today, for ex I had a Protein shake for Breakfast, 2 small pieces of salmon baked for lunch, veggie/red lentil Soup, no fat and a tiny bit of greek yogurt 0% fat with frozen berries and I am up a lb maybe 2. I'm super nervous!
