Hello, I am eagerly counting down the 6 months of weight loss checks to finally get my gift of a new life. Presently I am in my 3 month of 6 doctors visits. I have started this journey the last of August. I have already met with my wonderful surgeon, Dr. Sudan ( Duke medical center). Had lots of blood test ( various components of Vitamins and minerals.), EKG, Chest X-ray, Tetanus booster, Flu shot, Endoscopy/ colonoscopy, met with the psychologist, and the Nutritionist. Gee, I am so excited, want to get all the information I can. I am a newbie, and any help you can give me, I would love to read. Presently I think I will be doing the Gastric By-pass (R-Y). I am trying a lot of vitamins , Proteins that my nutritionist suggested in order to find the ones I like best.
