I’m on my third day and I’m doing better. But I’m not going anywhere I don’t have the energy at all

Im dying over here. I’m on Day 1 clear liquid too. I’m 3 year post up and gained 8 lbs in the last 6 months

Anyone has had severe abdominal pain in the left side? I don't know what is under there but I worked out at the gym and did some abs intensely. That was 2 weeks ago and if I do any type of activity I incur crazy pain again. Please help me. What could it be?

Hello there!! I had my surgery October 17th and I have my first month post op visit. I told my surgeon I am very depressed and I have insomnia. I didn't have this prior to surgery and I am also hungry. He told me 95% of patients have the hunger hormone gone and I am part of the 5%. Does anyone know if the surgeon messed something up? I wish I wasn't hungry all the time and that's probably why I am so depressed and don't want to get out of bed. I am down 21 lbs. I was 217lbs surgery date and I am now 196lbs Any thoughts? I didn't have to lose a certain amount of weight, I just could t gain any weight. I had to be weighing in every month for 3 months and then my surgery was scheduled after my insurance approved it.
