Ohhh when I get that golf ball I do all kind of things to try to get it to move... cough, swallow, burp, walk, pace, jump up and down...pray! It finally moves but, sometime UGH it takes 20-30 mins to go away. I don't like that feeling at all. UGH. home from work....my shoulder/neck were really hurting and gave me one hell of a headache working towards a migraine. Got really dizzy and had to have DH pick me up and bring me to the chiro.....ahhhhhhhhh doing much better. Still a little stiff but, much better. be back later

Wow I didn't realize I was gone this long :Banane33: . I've kept up with the reading of everyone's posts but, didn't have time to reply. Nope I haven't ridden my bike yet because it's still being worked on. Hubby just sanded down the gas tank and he's going to paint it for me. Betty hubby does ride and he has a bike. 750 Honda something lol. I've still got a lot of learning to do when it comes to bikes, sizes, brands, styles etc. We'd both love to get a Goldwing someday but, that's a long time coming. Gotta pay the boat off first. Exciting news today. Hubby, DS and I went out on a few errands. We pulled into the plaza and just ahead of us was a teen running and another behind him. The doink tripped and fell head over heal then got up, I looked at the chaser and it was a she and then another guy was on the ground near the door. I realize the guy running stole from the store. Hubby was driving, chased the guy, cut him off, slammed the car into park jumped out and chased the guy and knocked him on his ARSSSSSSS. That guy wasn't getting up with my hubby there. I got on the cell and call the cops. Turns out the guy has 2 warrants for similar charges, stole $346.25 from that store and knocked the manager on his but to the point where he had to go to the hospital to make sure he was ok. We were in the right place and the right time to help. I got scared that the guy was going to pull a knife or something cause he was searching around his jacket but, with my BIG BEAR of a hubby chasing the guy threw the DVDs, Video Games and everything and tried to hold up his pants while running lol. You know the ones....they wear their pants half way down their ARS. Well that didn't help this guy! lol. Cops thank hubby for helping but, said he really needs to be careful. Jerks like this carry needles etc. Hubby said he thought of that and that's why he shoved the guy by the shoulder blades. :woot: Exciting night for sure. Part of this trip out involved Kentucky Fried chicken. I figured I'd have the taters and thought I'd try a small bite of chicken. BIG...did I say BIG? Mistake! Two bites of mashed pots and one bite of chicken and the golf ball was there. UGH. I almost started to cry it's so frustrating. I don't want an unfil though because it's only certain foods that do this to me right now and I may of swallowed that bite of chicken too early. Still....stinks worrying if I'm going to lose it at the restaurant or not. I won't be eating out for a while. Betty - So sorry to hear you have sick family. I do hope your aunts feel better soon. Hugs and I hope you're doing ok. Bene - How are you doing with your fill. I've read you like the restriction but, have you gotten anything stuck or that golfball? Man I've had it at least once every other day since 4/12. I soooo have alot to learn. Darcy - Isn't it amazin that kids even in their teens turn to kiddos really quick when they are hurting or uncomfortable? I love knowing my son trusts me that way too. Mary - Whew...sounds like you've had a heck of a time with this divorce. I do wish you the best and I hope it all works out in the end. It's never easy but, when you're dealing with a future ex like yours it sounds even worse. God bless you and your children through this whole thing. Cindy - Hows it going my friend? Are you resting up from all those tests? Is it this year you're retiring? Pat - Man I hear ya on the workers thing. I had an employee call in sick Tues, Wed & Thurs of last week. I had FRiday off and found out she was out that day as well and didn't call anyone to let them know. There was no message on my voicemail either. Monday no call no show. In the afternoon I called the only other number I had for her which was her daughters. The daughter was pretty abrupt and said she hadn't talked to her mother since Saturday. That she'd call her and call me back. NOTHING. Today...no show, no call so I emailed her. Finally wrote me back said she wouldn't be returning. No explanation nothing. UNREAL!!!! I have another leaving at the end of next month because her MIL is leaving for India and she doesn't have a sitter. She wants to work nights (we don't have a night shift) or work from home (we can't because of HIPAA requirements). Helloo I had to sign my life away to be able to have access from home and I have to have a dedicated room for patient privacy purposes. UGH UGH UGH! Sounds like I should be working for you Man what I wouldn't give and I'd show you what a good employee is like Patty - I can guarantee your ex spotted those flowers and heard your son say they were there He just didn't want you to know. Sounds like you're coming along on the banding. That's great. How much more do you have to do in order to get a date? Donna - I think we all go through what you went through today. Have you ever heard the song by Joshua Kadison that has the line "Why do I feel like the invisible man?" I cant' remember the exact name of the song but it might be invisible man. It states how I felt alot when I was growing up and sometimes happens now. All the hussle and bussle going on around us sometimes makes us feel lost. The eating, getting mad for it then eating again wellllllll I think we can all attest to that's why we're here in the first place I think when things aren't going right we turn to what we know but, now you have a tool around your tummy to help you get back on track. Go easy on yourself......look out at that ocean...take a deep breath and think about all that's good in your life. I know it helps me Oh and when it comes to checking to see if anyone realizes your gone....I can attest that this advanced thing only goes so far lol. If I dont' see someone's name within scrolling I can't think of what to reply in a personal. I do think of everyone though....*wink...I have a cheat sheet with everyone's screen names and real names on it so I can remember who's who. (Old age..shhhh our secret) Eileen, Eileen my favorite typed noise making machine hee hee. I love it when you come up with all those sounds and noises lol. School skippin today are ya? :update: Wahooo I did it. I passed my motorcycle licensing tests. I can't believe I finally did it. I've been wanting to know how to ride one since I was a teenager. Finally took the courses and passed the test! This shy chick.....managed it lol. Wahooey. Now can I tell ya how sore I am from riding from 7am until 6pm? lol My legs, thighs, wrists, forearms and shoulder ache. I'm getting old lol. All that tensed up learning, riding, stopping, swerving, leaning, and the U-Turns from HELL! Get this......they had us ride right over 2x4s and 4x4s with the bikes. YIKES! BUMP BUMP....BUMP BUMP. I didn't fall on my butsky though whew. I'm glad it's over and I'll be truthful.........I'm scared. I'm excited but, kinda scared to start riding. Hubby says think about it Sherry, the turns you made and the moves you did you did in 3 foot spaces. You have an entire half of a road to do it. Yea well I didn't have cars pulling out of driveways and taking corners on my side of the road in the driving school parking lot lol. My aunt says you do get over that...takes time on the bike and being used to your own bike. Betty....Pat.....is this true? Sounds like Kelly has had some trouble here that's too bad. I do hope things get better at home for her. Hate to see nice people leave. Pat - I'm happy your son was able to see his son and smart thinking on his part when she pulled the court thing lol. I gave my son an Easter Bucket (being he's going to be 16 lol) and so I asked him for 2 of his chocolate Crunch eggs. Yeap they were good but, luckily....not that great so I won't eat any more heh heh. Now....if ya talking peeps lol. Hubby loves those....fortunately I can only eat one. I get too much air in my tummy so one is more than enough Anne - Cut yourself some slack with your band denial. You'll have a fill soon enough and be back on track. You've done so well and you'll soon be there again Cindy - Whew...sounds like you had a tough week with those tests and then a loaded weekend. I hope you're able to enjoy a little down time before next week starts Mary - Divorces can be so messy but, sometimes they work out ok. I hope yours is going ok. How long were you married? Almost 16 years here when I got divorced. We were able to go to a mediator because we both agreed not to argue but, most will say our divorce was different for sure. Thanks Stacey...wow I certainly hope you're feeling better soon. I've never had a bladder infection but, I hear they can be pretty painful. You've got the right attitude. We all blow it from time to time so start tomorrow anew :confused:

Wahooo the scale has moved...I guess this not being able to eat because of my fill is a good thing lol. Actually today was the first day I was able to keep solids down so that's cool. Hubby made my favorite banded food meatloaf, mashed taters and gravy. It's the easiest meat to get down and get down the right way the first time :confused: Lost 6 pounds so far with this fill...doing the happy dance Whew 101 huh? Hmm we don't see much of that up here in the New England area. Maybe once a summer if that. Thats the day I stay indoors in the AC. Thank goodness for AC. Summers around here average about 80 degrees....the last few anyway. One thing about summer I love is my pool and I'll love it even more knowing I've lost some of my tire that makes me float funny heh heh. The boobage still floats though lol. My BIL and his wife left to go back home today. I'm going to miss them. It was great having them here. Hubby is missing his bro already. This BIL is really close to my hubby and they have alot of fun together. Things are really tight for them right now because he's been out of work sooooooo I kept him busy around my house putting in a new heater for my mom's place, a garbage disposal for us and trim around the ceiling in my kitchen. This way when I give him some money he'll take it! He yells at us saying we're family he does it cause he wants to help, well this time I was able to say TAKE IT FOR THE BABY lol. His wife just got here from the Phillipenes (did I spell that right?). She is adorable and such a sweetheart. I guess their tradition there is if they stay at someones house, they help with cleaning and all? Heck, here she is 7 months pregnant and while I'm at work she cleans my bathroom, folds the laundry, does the dishes, sweeps the kitchen...geeeeeeeeeesh! I told her to sit down and relax I do that stuff on weekends but, she said Sheddy I have to do sumting this is my exercise. Oh my.....I tried lol. She's adorable and a great addition to the family. We're hoping they visit again soon so the bros can go fishing again and SIL and I can hit the outlets for baby stuff heh heh. Well.....I did sit with my mom and she wanted to hear it all. I padded it for sure cause the words my sis said just couldn't come out. It's not in me. I just told my mom it was ugly and that she should never ever feel guilted into helping my sis again. Basically my mom has had it with my sister and her antics and this was the final straw. She refuses to call my sister and says if my sis calls her she isn't going to tell her I told her stuff but, if my sister starts in mom is going to let her have an earful. I think my mom really needs to do that so my sister will grow up! Oh well...suprise suprise my brother called me on Easter. (I think he caught wind of what my sister pulled but, it was nice just the same.) He just wanted to say hello, happy belated bday and Happy Easter. Sometimes I think his wife puts the bug in his ear about stuff. She's been upset ever since my mom moved here...asking all kinds of financial questions and stuff. I just shrug her off when she asks. Mom and I talked about that too and we both feel it's her pushing him to ask stuff or puts stuff in his head. OH well was always my bros saying but, she pushes him alot. OH WELL lol. Mom says my siblings are jealous because I'm so happy in my life and they are miserable. I suppose she's right...that could be part of it. Life is what you make of it though Enough chitter chatter and I'm sure I've worn your eyes out lol. Hugs to all of you and THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for helping me through this crapola! You're the best!

Stacy, The Protein first, fruits & Veggies 2nd and starches last has been my bariatric centers rules since the beginning and it definately helps. Proteins take much longer to break down and starches easily store as fat so that's why they are last. Thankfully I haven't gotten to the starches since I started this process lol. Before banding white flour breads/rolls/crackers were my downfall. Now I get everything made from wheat and love it actually. They even make multigrain tortia chips now. I only eat those when I want something really crunchy and a cracker won't do. Makes me not feel so deprived when everyone else is crunchin :confused: Low fat wheat thins are great too. I'll eat those things only if I"m hungry after dinner and I'll slice a little lowfat cheese for the added protein. Then I'm not eating so many of the tortias or crackers. Had my fill last Wednesday and I've lost 6 pounds so far. Thank goodness cause the scale didn't want to move for a few weeks there. Good luck everyone and I hope you're having a great week so far.

Michelle, I got my first fill on Wednesday and it didn't kick in until Saturday where I ended up really tight. I'm told sometimes it takes a few days to kick in.

Howdy folks, Hope you're all doing well. Got my first fill this past Wednesday and I've had a golfball in my chest twice already. This morning it was terrible. 2nd day on mushies and thought ok I'll try scrambled egg. Well my body said THAT'S NOT MUSHIE lol. After two bites that I chewed and chewed really well the golfball started. The dang thing seemed to grow and grow and hurt more until UGH I threw it up. First time I"ve thrown up since I've been banded. Ewwwwwww. Needless to say Easter dinner was mashed potatoes with lots of gravy, mashed sweet potatoes and squash. I was perfectly fine with that after that LESSON lol. I didn't think I was tight but, wowza my band let me know it hahaha. I've lost 4 more pounds since Wednesday sooooooo that's cool. I hope you're all doing well and shrinking! I'd be willing to meet up if you folks decided to. I'm about 40 min South of Boston.

Hope everyone had a lovely Easter and hope you got to spend time with family and friends. We had a wonderful Easter here. DH's Brother and his wife came to visit and have been here since Tuesday. So we had them plus my friend and her hubby and daughter came over and my son came home early from his dad's. He wanted to spend Easter with me and his Step-dad. I thought that was quite the compliment . THEY had Turkey, ham and the fixings. I had quite the PB episode on the first try of scrambled eggs this morning and that was it. I was done with eating for the day. Doc said mushies and my body is SCREAMING it lol. It was TERRIBLE! This was the first time I, ummmm let loose, I've only had sliming before with that golfball. NOT this time. YUCKY! Anyway....mashed potatoes with LOTS of gravy, squash and sweet potatoes were my Easter meal and it went down nice and smooth. WHEW! Donna and Pat - I'd love to have an East Coast party I'm on my cruise from July 16-23 so that's out for me. Some weekends are tricky because of my son going alternate weeks with his dad but, I should be able to work that out. Once people throw out specific dates I'll know better I'd really love to meet my friends here at LBT So sweet of you to offer a meeting place Pat! Cindy - Wahoo congrats on the smaller band size. What a difference aye? That's great and keep up the great work. Oh I tried some of those Zone bars you talk about and I like them. Thanks for the tip! My mom who's out visiting my Aunt and Uncle actually came by today with them on their motorcycles. She's so dang cute in her leathers hahaha. My 64 year old mumsy is out riding in her black leather jacket with the fringe that her and my aunt put black and silver beads on every 5th one, her leather chaps, gloves, boots and vest....they are having the time of their lives. I couldn't help but smile when I saw her and know that her living here with us made this all possible for her. She no longer has to worry about yard work, house problems etc. Well, I wear my heart on my sleeve and a tear formed when I saw her UGH. (Wish I could learn to hide stuff. Never could with her.) Well she told me when she comes home Monday she wants to hear ALL that my sister said and she means ALL of it. I told her it's not pretty and I can't even bring myself to say it. She insists and made me promise. CRIPE now what? How do I tell her her other daughter was flipping out and calling her every name in the book most of which don't even come into my mind never mind cross my lips? One word in particular makes my stomach want to hurl. I'm so stuck in the middle of stuff it's sickening. It's been this way my entire life. I've always been the one holding this family together from before my alcoholic father left until now. Why, as my shrink I had years ago said, am I the adult in the family when at the time I should of been a kid. Well.....I've decided I need to yet again take a step back from my siblings. My life is so much better off without them. Sad to say because I do love them but, I just can't deal with it anymore. The crap, the drama, the jealousy, petiness and meaness. It's ALL just not me. In the meantime...what the heck to do about what my mom is asking me to do ugh. Thank you everyone for your kind words, prayers, positive energy....I thank God for all of you. He brought me here for a reason and it wasn't just the band.

Kelly - I do hope you feel better today. I'm happy you are able to use the jeans. Hmm the riders run differently does that mean if I switch brands I can go to a smaller one? heh heh. Hey anything that helps right? I just got off the phone with my sister...it wasn't pretty. I'm beside myself with what was said and how angry, upset, falling apart, swearing, screaming she was. She and my brother haven't bothered with me in months yet I get called when she's ticked at my mom? Mom lives with me...what am I suppose to do. My mom isn't even here most of the time as she's out with my aunt enjoying her life. I've learned from an early age that I'm responsible for me only. I raised my brother and sister for quite a few years, growing up fast to do so only for them to ignore me later in life. God...I'm so numb, hurt and have no clue what to do. I want to help my sister but truly only she can do that plus.....I'm afraid to get hurt again. I can't tell my mom what my sister said because it would hurt her. This just stinks! I can't really explain the numbness other than I've helped them so much but they were too young I guess to truly know. I was very much alone when I was on my own at 18 and no one in my family bothered to call or visit me. I was always the one that held my family together. It seems I finally got my own life together and BINGO they're back? I can't handle this.....I'm sorry I ranted...I just don't know what to do. I'd explain more but I really don't even want that on the boards and may even find myself erasing this later.

Pat - Idea for 6 year old girl. Barbie doll and clothes, coloring book w/crayons, etch a sketch, nice stuffed teddy bear or bunny, hair barretts, scrunchies and they love play make-up. Ummm that's if you were looking for Easter ideas. Necessities? Hmm girly sweatsuit, little pocketbook, spring jacket, drink boxes, Nabisco cracker sticks with the cheese packages. Hope that helps some.

Good Morning Everyone! Beautiful day here today too. My fill has definately given me restriction in the morning anyway. It's hard to even swallow a protein shake. Besides the fact that this girl is sick of them lol. They sit there in my throat and slowly trickle down. I haven't tried anything even mushie yet. Thats not until tomorrow. Let me tell ya by the afternoon I'm so hungry! You get a fill have the doc say liquids for 3 days, mushies for 3 days then you see the nutrionist and she says I'm on stage 5 surrrrrrrrrre lol. I'll get there. Aunt Flo showed up too so I have a feeling my restrictions is extra restricted because of it. I wasn't going to say anything to the doc about it because after over 4 hours waiting and visits that day I wasn't going home without a fill! I've read here quite a bit that lots have the restriction in the morning and it eases in the afternoon so I'm cool with this. Betty - sounds like you're liking your job and keeping busy :uwelcome: How quickly we settle back into the routine of things aye? Hope you're able to enjoy your holiday weekend by riding your bike in warm weather. Thanks for the encouragement on the motorcycle stuff. I may be looking for pointers Eileen - still sounds like you got alot of work for the lesser number of peeps coming to your house. Our list just got bigger by 4. They were just going to order chinese or something for Easter. Some family problems have my best friend down. Her brothers pulled that estate crap and really strained the relationship so they aren't getting together as a family. My poor friend has been so upset she hasn't even been able to think about cooking so we invited them over here It will be nice to have them. DH is doing all the cooking so I'm totally relaxed hahaha. Just had my first fill yesterday and it was just like Wade has here. It didn't hurt at all! No numbing stuff just the fill needle. My doc had me lift my legs a bit so the stomach muscles give something for the port to be felt again easier, One poke in moved a little and BINGO. 1.25 cc in my 4cc band. Easy! If he told me I had to go back tomorrow to do it again I'd be fine that's how little it bothered me. Thanks again for the video!

Whew so hard to keep up with you folks hahaha. I have company this week, family came down from NY plus working so tough to get on the computer. They sleep in my computer room so it's crowded in here. Thought I'd sneak in to say at least hello tonight. I got my first fill yesterday 1-1.5 in my 4cc 10cm band. liquids for 3 days YUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK. I'm sooooooooooo tired of liquids. DH birthday Friday no cake for me and Easter on Sunday I can have mushies for. So it's going to be mashed potato, sweet potato and hopefully squash if we can find some. That's it but, .....ya know...it's only one holiday and there will be others. Right now I must follow the band rules so I don't mess it all up. I haven't lost weight in 3 weeks so I'm hoping this fill does the trick. Fitday....I started to play around with it but, it must be me or I lost patience. I couldn't do what I wanted to in there. Howdy my friends! So I passed the permit test thank goodness cause I already paid for my motorcycle driving lessons and I would of lost it if I didn't have the permit lol. Kinda did that backwards I guess huh? heh heh oh well passed it anyway so that's a big ahhhhhhhhh feeling. Went to Boston for my first fill and 2nd visit with nutrionist. The surgeon was running so stanking late that my friend Jen was there still. Her appointment was at 1:30 and mine was at 2:30. We both waited for him and at 3:30 he finally called us. We asked the doc if we could go into the room together. He thought we were weird but, let us do it lol. She went first. She had to tell him that she's thrown up a few times and she was afraid he wouldn't give her the fill but, she was saying how starving she was all the time so he still did it. I think I made him nervous cause I asked "How do you prevent poking a hole through the tubing?" He said he's never done it but it is possible and explained how he feels for it etc. Sooo he pokes her and didn't find it YIKES the poor girl was so nervous he did get it and gave her 1.5 ccs. I asked what kind of band we had and he said we have a 10cm band that holds 4ccs of Fluid. Cool. Me next, laydown, lift the legs up a bit (now tells me to hold them and I"m like HELLO that hurts my back!) Anywho he went in, moved a little and BINGO. The nurse gave him 3ccs and he put in, he says, anywhere from 1 to 1.5 in mine. Sip of Water and on my way to the now late running nutrionist. Bundled me up with someone else (Jen already saw her) and didn't end up home until 7:00 from after being there at 2:00 UGH. Anyway, the fill is going well but, man I'm hungry. Sick of fluids only already! Hubbys bday is Friday and no cake for me. Easter Sunday.....mashed potato and sweet potato and if I'm lucky squash if we find it. Oh well...just two things and I'll survive them :uwelcome: Happy to say the fill honestly didn't hurt at all and I'm far less nervous about getting more now. I didn't have any numbing meds or anything just the good ole 4'' needle. Weird part is when he pulled the needle out...POP hahahaha. Course the belly had to move like jelly :paranoid Surprised the DH for his Birthday. His truck was in the bodyshop getting fixed from being rearended a month ago. Well I had them add the side step things to it that he's been wanting for a long time but, we've put it off. His truck was suppose to be done a day ago and he was getting upset. Luckily we were stuck in Boston yesterday so it saved him getting really ticked hahaha. I said just call them in the morning. The people at the shop put pictures up of your car so you can see the progress. They helped me in not doing that for the side steps lol. He picked up his truck today and they had it inside. Drove it out and he wondered why 4 people came out with it looking at him lol. He said..that's not my truck. Then noticed the eagle we put in his rear window. He said what the heck did this come with the package? The girls yelled HAPPY BIRTHDAY! They said his face was priceless I'm glad I made his day. (Hmmm just gotta pay for it now lol) I've rambled enough....I'll catch up with personals another time. Thanks for asking about the fill. Anyone about to get one...it was nothing! You can do it Hugs!

Ooooo 3.5 hours for my fill and I'm getting nervous. THANK GOD you folks told me it wasn't a big deal. I PRAY I have the same luck. I have to admit that it really does concern me about getting a fill without flouro...how the heck do they prevent poking a hole in the tubing! Geeeesh louise. Of all things today I feel restricted too because Aunt Flo is due to arrive on Friday. UGH. Hopefully I won't be so dang restricted that I have a problem. Oh well...one step at a time. Oh I passed the permit test thank goodness and applied for another SS Card since I can't find the "safe" hiding place I put my other one grrrrrrrrr. Pat......I just can't stop thinking about the little girl and your grandson poor kids...I pray something can be done to help them realize it's not them it's their mom that has a problem. Howdy folks! Had a great Birthday today Hubby and son really made me feel special. My son gave me a card that got me crying this morning. He's going to be 16 and the words in that card were so special...it's the best gift he could of given me. He said I'm more than his mom, I'm his angel ....brings tears to my eyes. Hubby gave me a beautiful card and my dog Jenny gave me a card that said "At least you don't have that old person smell" HAHAHA. The guys sent me flowers and a stuff bear at work and hubby gave me a beautiful ladybug charm for my charm bracelet. Then they took me out to dinner. My mom gave me a tear jerker card too. It really does make you feel special to know they think these things of you. My staff/friends at work gave me a gift certificate for Khol's so I could get a few new things before my trip. Such a nice nice day! I'm a lucky gal Pat - I can't even imagine what your nerves must feel like. The nerve of some people to live and treat people like that is beyond me. My goodness she needs a psych eval and those poor poor babies. I can't even imagine having to live with her on her rampages. I mean if she threw something at you...what the heck will happen when they cry or push her limits. We all know kids do that sometimes. You and your family are definately in my prayers tonight. Just remember Pat...What goes around comes around. She will be paying the price for her actions one way or another. I forgot who asked about the online dating thing but, I had to fill out a profile, put pictures up and then you can "whisper" (otherwise chat) in the website by IMs to other members. The program would tell you who matched your likes and dislikes and the funny part is DH wasn't one of my matches. I just happen to run across his profile and three days before my membership was about to end and thought....profile I like, can't understand why we don't match but, EH why not I'll write to him and I sent off the first email. It's pretty funny story of how it all fell together and how my friend Shari (a sear (sp?), tarot reader, medium) told me of a man I was going to meet. Described him TO A T and told me the number 3 would play big between us. Man did it, I met him online 3 days after talking with Shari, talked with him via email and IMs for 3 weeks, my membership would of been up in 3 days but renewed for 3 months when I felt I liked him, He was on the dating service for 3 weeks, talked to him on the phone for 3 hours and he decided he had to meet me that day. Found out he's the 3rd born in his family, one of 3 boys, I'm the oldest of 3, his bday is 3 days after mine, together we have 3 kids, he was one of 3 partners in a business. He asked me how many tatoos I had which is 3 lol. Kinda crazy huh? Anywho....met him that Sat and we've been together every since. Shari was right We are so connected that when she reads my cards she ends up reading through me, his cards lol. Frustrating sometimes cause I wanna know whats going to happen for me sometimes instead hahaha. Well....our company should be here around 11:30pm. Talk about late..good thing I took Wednesday off. Going to take the motorcycle permit test ....geesh I better pass that...going to try to complete the requirements for a passport...got get yet another copy of my SS card...copy of birth certificates for my son and I. MAN I HAVE a long day tomorrow with company in tow. Lucky them lol. Good thing they are family. OHHH YEA DUHHHHH I'm getting a fill tomorrow! Gosh I need it although today, go figure, I was in such pain from, of all things chicken soup. UGH. SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOW down Sherry! lol It ain't going anywhere. Whew finally got the scale to give me back my 25 pound loss. Saw it in Sunday and I'm not stepping on that dang nabbit thing again until next week. Get my fill this Wednesday and maaaaaaaaaaaaan I need it. Going to test for my motorcycle permit too. Oh boy....I hope I pass that test considering my lessons are next weekend YIKES! If I fail it for some stinkin reason I'll have to take it again before then cause I can't take my lessons without it. Just the usual work, work, work today. Played a bit outside with my hubby shooting hoops. Man am I rusty hahaha. Ended up playing catch with my dog Jenny. Boy can she run fast! We pooped her out. Eileen - you are soooo cute as a bunny. Have you considered showing up for Easter parties for a fee? I bet the kids would love seeing the Easter bunny! Now now swearin when they pull your fluffy tail hee hee Betty - Nuttin like a nice day reading getting grass all over ya huh? Geesh I hope it all came off your clothes. Thanks for the nice comments on the pics. I actually met my hubby on an online dating service called KISS.com. So every November 9th I give him a bag of Hershey Kisses because that was the day we met. He really is a sweety...typical guy when it comes to house things UGH...but he treats me well, holds my hand when we walk, opens doors for me and was there 24/7 for the week after my surgery. I couldn't ask for more...umm other than picking up his dirty clothes hahaha. Of course he does almost all the cooking so that's a fair trade I am blessed with a great man and a wonderful son that's for sure Pat - I'm glad you came out to play. I was worried about ya. Is your office staff allowed to wear jeans every day or is this something they decided they could do? Man....I work so much quicker in my jeans than I do in a skirt or dress clothes but, my employer only allows it on Fridays IF no one is visiting. Anne - Sorry to hear you've been having a hard time with the devil food after your band. I"m sure after your fill it will help turn it around. Another item checked off the list Bene - Ohhh DH is definately a scream at parties or when we are out with friends. Yea....my son was having fun entertaining himself with the chairs lol. Thank goodness he didn't clock himself in the head or break anything lol. DH and I are very Patriotic people. It's one of the things that attracted us to each other. The favors we gave away were also red/white/blue. I put 5 Hershey Kisses in an organza bag (5 for John, me, my son and Johns two daughters), the kisses had stickers on the bottom that had a flag, our names and date on them, a navy blue ribbon with our names and a nice enamel American Flag pin for people to wear. We managed to pull off the Patriotic theme with nothing looking tacky. My wedding dress had blue and red Swarvoski crystals sewn into it too I just had to have it hahaha. After all I couldn't wear pure white.:omg: Kelly - I didn't get that package out to ya yet but, it's going out on Tuesday. Hubby said he'd bring it to the postal center for me and have it shipped out tomorrow Hope you enjoyed your two days off Good luck with hubby's job search. Cindy - Are you headache free now? I certainly hope so! Are you and your students on Spring break now? My son doesn't start his until next Monday. Well...he gets Friday off because of Good Friday as well. We have company coming tomorrow night. DH's brother and sister-in-law are coming to stay for the rest of the week. It will be great to see them. I'm going to see if I can have Friday off so I can spend time with SIL while the guys go out fishing. Oh Bene....I lost one guppy but the rest of the fish are fine. I have to wait for the tank to settle some more so I can buy some more fish. These little things look so lost in the tank hahaha. Hugs all
