Ooo pool party now that would of been alot of fun I bet it was a blast and maybe someday I can make it to one of those Sure would be nice to meet all you gals. Today it's been beautiful here and about 79 degrees.This morning I got up and made for the first time Bread and Butter pickles. DH has grown so many cucumbers I had to do something with them so I remembered my grandmother making those and thought I'd give it a whirl. No idea how they taste yet they have to sit in the refridge for a while. After that took off and went to the flea market with DH. It was nice to get out of the house and walk around. I actually found some Tylenol Go Tabs! I'm so excited! They don't make those anymore and I've missed them. Having to take 7 kids chewables and only be getting 1/2 the strength has been yucky hahaha. Bubble gum and grape flavoring isn't that great so I can understand now why the kids don't like taking it. Anyway found them and bought enough to have some spares. DH got a wind catcher that looks like a Blue Jay for the back yard. It's cute...went out to lunch and back home. I have a batch of chocolate chip Cookies baking for a friend of ours who lost his mom this week. He always loved my CC cookies when I lived next door. He was so funny, he would smell them baking from outside and come knocking on my door hahaha. Anyway I thought it would cheer him up a bit if I brought him over some later on today or tomorrow. I still have to make a run to BJ's wholesale to pick up the Breakfast stuff for the company I work with tomorrow. Its getting to the point where I'm hating having to do that all the time. I do it on my own time and then I'm responsible to feel 80 people. It's nerve wracking and when you hear people complain its worse. I just set it all up and leave now so I don't have to hear it. :youcandothis: I think that's it besides laundry for me today :welldoneclap: Anyone watching the Olympics? I enjoy them especially the gymnastics and those guys on the rings. HOLY SMOKEs how the hell do they do that. Amazing! Eileen were are ya girly. I miss ya. Hope all is going well. Are you counting down the days to Disney? Oops buzzer just went off for the cookies...gotta get them before I burn em. (Kinda famous for forgetting them lol) hugs!

Hey there everyone...sorry I haven't really been around. Its been nuts! Umm what else is new with me hee hee. Right now DH and DS are at the opening pre-season Patriot's game. I managed t find tickets on Ebay that we could afford so my DS could attend his first Pat's game. I'm so excited I was able to do this for them. There is no way I can afford a regular season game because they get so much money up here for the sports events...Mass people are nuts over their Patriots & Red Sox that the tickets sell way over value. Anyway....this ebay person was selling $169 each seats for $159 for two. Yippee Skippy I jumped on them and guess what...the seats are on the 20 yard line 4 rows from the field!!!!! I'm so excited for them. Can ya tell making people happy makes me happy? lol Anywho I'm alone tonight and what do I do...balance my checkbook. HOW DEPRESSING lol ok so this past weekend I had my in-laws here. DH's sister and BIL, nephew and MIL. I loved seeing the nephew, SIL and BIL. I like to see my MIL but she drove me nuts. See......to me the only reason she came down to see my husband was because he's a computer geek and her computer broke. She asked him on the phone for a computer, we had one here that a client gave my DH so he said ok I can send you one. Well it turned into a month and he hadn't sent it yet because quite frankly he works on computers all day the last thing he wants to do is work weekends or extra nights fixing them too and then have it cost him money to send it out. Anyway...knowing they were now coming down he told her to bring her computer so he could look at it. They got here Thursday night after I was in bed. Friday my MIL started in...are you going to fix my computer? John....hows my computer can ya fix it. Then dropped it a bit. Saturday morning she started again...John you're going to fix my computer right? SIL AND BIL had a wedding to go to so they did. MIL said she wanted to go to the ocean sooooooo I ran to the store for stuff for lunch, made sandwiches for 4 of us, packed towels..she asked if we had an beach umbrella (Ummm no I like the sun). Get to the beach...enjoy my time alone sitting on my chair while they went into the Water. Did my Reiki meditation on the sand yesssssssss....got hot jumped in myself. A few more worried complaints about the sun....then we went home. We get home...now DH is dead tired because he stayed up late Thurs until they go here to welcome them in, got up early Friday to make them Breakfast, took them out and to the beach that night...then up early Sat to get MIL to the beach sooooo it was 2pm when we got home. DH was on the couch fell asleep and while MIL was on his laptop (like she was the entire night before and morning before we left) she woke him up with...John...aren't you suppose to be working on my computer. OMG I wanted to scream from the kitchen (where IIIII was doing the dishes and cleaning after everyone's mess and unpacking the cooler). He wakes up from his snoring and goes into the office. Now mind you he's already worked on the damn computer part of the morning before we left and now again. He couldn't get hers working so starting working on the one we had here replacing the hard drive with hers so she'd have her data. The entire time she was on his laptop....and occassionally came into the office to look over his shoulder. She kept saying am I going to have a computer when I leave. When I heard that I snapped and said "well do you really think we'll let you go home without one after he said you'd have it?" When he wasn't sitting with the computer she came in and looked at it, complained she couldn't start it etc. OMG I had to bite my tongue. How freaking rude! She hadn't seen my husband since Christmas and she's doing this? Poor guy. Sooo while that went on all night too. Sunday....morning start again...SIL, BIL, DH, Nephew and I took the dogs (oh they brought their lab with them - 3 HUGE dogs in my house...now if that only tells ya how much fur I was picking up boooo hoooo. yesss I"m complaining!) to the beach so they could swim and fetch the ball in the water. Stopped at the grocery store on the way home to get lunch meat for the gang, came home....mil didn't go instead she stayed on the laptop or went outside to read because to her the house was too cold. She complained Sat and Sun about that...well dang nabbit put on some sweatpants we're not cold! So after lunch...it starts again....hows my computer...dh goes in the office again. BIL/SIL decided to visit a cousin they hadn't seen in ages that live about an hour away from us...MIL didn't want to go because she said......how often do I get to see my son and DIL. Ummm hello? Can you see me through that freaking laptop cover? I think the whole time she was here her and I spoke maybe 500 words? if that! Thennnnnnn after HER computer is all set and it's Sunday night.....BIL was packing the car and put it in the car. She later asks DH if her computer is done, yes, where is it, in the car, then...ok get this.....She says "What else did you give me? Did you give me a monitor, mouse and keyboard?" OMGGGGGG grrrrrrrrrrrrrr I had it! Thankfully DH said NO, you don't know that yours aren't working so take the CPU home, plug everything in and if it doesn't work buy yourself a monitor, mouse and/or keyboard. Whew! .....soooo now we sit down, we're all having some ice cream...poor nephew came in with his bowl and in front of everyone out loud MIL says Geesh **** do you have enough? OMG what the F*&k difference does it make you can't take it with you back to NY it won't make it in the car grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. I bit my lip because to me it was DIL, BIL or DH's job to say something! Then...MIL was watching TV and with HDTV you can see every single wrinkle, flaw on a person....she says outloud...Wow that woman is ugly! DH snapped and said how rude, the woman wasn't ugly and how could she say that. She insisted she was ugly....DH didn't hold back and told her well you're calling her ugly when you have a mustache. OMG zoiks! the rest of us couldn't believe he said what was being though by all lol. She just laughed. SOOOOOO I gladly went to work Monday morning and left DH to handle the departure hahaha. Soooo now you know why I wasn't around and why I haven't been. Took this long to get over it hahahah Now that I've just hogged the freaking thread with all that blabber I'll say HELLO EVERYONE hee hee. Trish...I cannot believe you've lost all that weight with no fil? OMG lucky you girlfriend. You've done soooo well, congratulations because you've done it right. If you're now starting to look at the chocolate and junk maybe a tweak will help ya with that :cool2: Man...I wish I had your will power. Wowza Reflux...well I contacted my surgeon to ask if I could have a flouro to make sure my band is ok and it's not the issue of the reflux. He basically said no flouro.....measure what I eat and journal it all and we'll talk when I go in on the 20th. UGHHHH ok ok ok so haven't eaten the best I could. So I told him I'll go back to the bariatric plan starting with liquids and build it up until I see him making sure to write it all down. Day one of liquids...did good for breakfast.....then lunch...then afternoon STARVING! I can't freaking do liquids all day and night! I really do need a fill but, I know I can't if this reflux keeps going. So Kat...I know he won't do those tests. This doc believes it's all me I think....he can sometimes be kinda arrogant. I had to beg the nurses to make him listen to me when I first had the reflux so bad. Remember that! I was drowning so we did an almost complete unfill for 6 months and i put weight on UGHHH. So now I'm at the place where since New years I've put on about 20 pounds. I'm a freaking idiot! Crying because I did this to myself and I'm not strong enough to behave I really do get down on myself. I know I know I"ve lost 65 or so but still...I really thought I'd be in a better place at 2.5 years out It's all my own fault...I think I need a band around my brain and my freaking mouth and one to hold my hands down. Ok now I"m depressed UGH Anyway...day two of liquids today...did ok with breakfast, lunch, had a string cheese to hold me over...then supper....couldn't do another shake so had about a cup of seafood chowder. That wasn't too bad....until I ate the mac and cheese UGHHHHHHHHH. Someone slap me. I gotta go...now I'm really screwing with my own head UGH. Sorry.....

Hi Kat...yeap tried that too...no effect. Some nights it's drowning for me...others it's coughing that wakes me up...and when I'm lucky I get a few days where I can actually sleep through. Chrispy suggests I ask for a flouro to be done just to make sure nothing is wrong....if it's ok then see my PCP AGAIN to see if there is another medicine that will help. i'm finding the one she has me take......might fix the acid but, then I get regurgitation because the food doesn't digest enough. UGH...I'm still smiling though Things could be worse so I'm appreciative of how far I've come as it is. Sure I'd love it to be more but, it is what it is right now :rolleyes2: Glad youre back! Hey Betty - The party went really well and I'm POOPED with a TRASHED kitchen. UGH. Fortunately, DH helped me clean up and my refridge is full with stuff people left. Now later on I'll have to go through it all and see what I should keep and what needs to be thrown away. SO much stuff! The pulled pork and BBQ pulled chicken were completely gone by the second sitting later in the day. People brought desserts and my goodness where the heck do I keep it all...IF I should even keep it. I've got tomorrow off of work so may just finish all this stuff today and then sit by the pool tomorrow and read a book. OH YEA BABY relaxation time. But today.....we just got done cleaning up the kitchen we have the decks and refridge to do but, we're off to help friends move. Tired but, they'd be there for us so we want to help them too Oh by the way the watermelon martinis were awesome :mad2: Want the recipe for that? hee hee Watermelon Martini: 1 bottle Smirnoff Watermelon Ice 2 shot glasses Watermelon Pucker 2 shot glasses Watermelon Vodka Pour into glasses...for garnish you can use a sliver of watermelon. Yeap quite relaxed last night :biggrin: Oh keep Pucker and Vodka in the freezer extra cold that way yummm lol Ok off to help our friends. Love you folks!

Ok Just added the sauce to my pulled pork...OMG ladies this stuff is out of this world super moist and tastey. Not too spicey :thumbup: Anyone who likes it spicey can add crushed red pepper to it. Here is the recipe in case anyone is interested. It's so easy peasy because it's made in the crockpot :crying: 1 medium Onion 1/2 Cup Ketchup 1/3 Cup Cider Vinegar 1/4 Cup Packed Brown sugar 1/4 Cup Tomato Paste 2 Tablespoons Sweet Paprika (? I used regular paprika) 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoons yellow mustard 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 1 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 4 pounds boneless pork shoulder blad roast (I used pork loin since it was on sale $1.99 a pound at my Stop & Shop) Buns In 4 1/2 to 6 quart slow-cooker pot, stir together all ingredients except pork. Take pork and cut into 4 pieces, add it to the slow-cooker and turn to coat it well with sauce. Cover slow cooker with lid and cook pork mixture on low setting for 8-10 hours or until pork is very tender. With tongs, transfer pork to large bowlo. Turn setting on slow-cooker to high: cover and heat sauce to boiling to thicken and reduce slightly. White sauce boils, with 2 forks, pull pork into shreds. Return shredded pork to slow cooker and toss with sauce to combine. Cover slowcooker and heat through on high setting if necessary. Spoon pork onto buns. Some serve it with coleslaw on top or pickles. me...I eat it just the way it is no bun lol. ENJOY it's so dang yummy and it heats well in the micro after too :wink2:

Ahhhh sipping a nice freshly made White russian...and I'm wondering why the scale isn't movin? heh heh...No I'm not wondering...like you Diane I know why but, that's just going to have to wait until after the party. My friend just told me about a watermelon martini so I had to run out and get the stuff to make it. She's going to make it while she's here at the party tomorrow. Watermelon Vodka, Watermelon Smirnoff Ice and Watermelon Pucker. Whew......I'm relaxed already hahaha. My pork is pulled just waiting for the sauce to thicking up a bit then I'll mix it together and refridge it overnight. Then back in the crockpot tomorrow for the party. Chrispy already pulled the BBQ chicken too and she's making Beans :thumbup: I got most of the house cleaned, the yard cleaned, volleyball/batminton net is up, canopy is up and lawn furniture all set to go. Pool is looking inviting and exceptionally full after all the rain we've had. Its suppose to be around 87 here tomorrow PERFECT weather for a party. Yeap. Oh got my Sangria Slushes in the freezer too. Anyone ever have those? OMG they are sooooo good and since it's slush it's refreshing too. You can get them from Tastefully Simple....just had a house party so I could pick them up hee hee. (Oh my this White russian is hitting me already whew...good thing I'm not a bartender...the bar wouldn't make enough money WAY too much alcohol lol) DH just left at 9:10pm to go on a ride to Providence RI with is buddy (and my chiropractor lol). I really should have DH take another picture because my hair hasn't been like that for a while now lol. I got the cut that is cropped in the back and longer in the front...of course 85% of the time I have it pulled back in a head band anyway. Just CAN'T STAND hair in my face lol. I'm worried about Kat as well. She's a regular so I hope she's ok. I don't have her number to give her a call just to say we're thinking of her. Anyone have it and can do that? Must be nice having a beach house I just love the sitting and watching the Water. Good thing because DH has that new metal detector toy so I end up going with him. At least I can enjoy the beach :teeth_smile: I'm home from work today, took the day off to get the house spruced up for tomorrows cookout. I have to start the pulled pork too so I'm not running around like crazy tomorrow to the point of exhaustion before the party even starts. Hmmm probably end up doing that anyway lol but, still. I ordered my rolls already, making my shopping list now although I got most of the stuff I need already. We've had terrible storms this week but today should be nice so I can get outside and clean up the yard and decks. Have lots of freaking house cleaning to do because I live with TWO guys so ya'll know what that means Anywho I'm very fortunate in that I have friends helping by bringing some things for the cookout. Chrispy is making Beans, pulled bbq chicken and a dessert....God bless her. She's my adopted sister :wink_smile: And my friend Maddie is making Pasta salad and a trifle yummm another adopted sister :rolleyes2: I'm making the pulled pork, coleslaw, macaroni salad, Desserts, got all the other supplies whew I'm already tired and I'm not out of this chair yet lol. Ooops had to leave, Milkman was here (minds out of the gutter ladies haha). We have a local diary and they started to deliver here. The chocolate milk is sinful...yeap I'm drinking a glass right now. The milk comes in the glass milk jugs and really is fresh. Problem is I have to plan it right or the milk goes bad by the following delivery. Yummmo So I really should be cleaning right now but, man I just hate it. Wish I could win a maid for a day kinda thing lol. Would love to have one come by once a month and give the place a good scrubdown but the budget doesn't allow it. The budget is going to get even tighter OUCH because my EX got laid off UGH. With that happening and DS headed for college yeap...need to buckle down after this party of ours. Haven't been riding on my bike because of the weather. I'm craving it but, doesn't look like it will be happening soon with everything I need to do lol. Speaking of.....dang nabbit I should get going. Betty - That's great to hear that the ekg was ok. I know those things can definately be sensitive and if the do dads are placed slightly off it will throw off the test. You'd think if the technologist that did the test saw something funny (believe me they know something isn't right) that they'd check the placements and re-do the test right there and then. UGH! Anyway, I'm glad this time it worked out and don't fret...August 8th will get here pretty quick. Congrats!

Howdy folks! Yesterday was a great relaxing day, well evening anyway. I taught a Reiki I class by myself yesterday because my partner has been tide up with family things and planning for a business trip. Did pretty good by myself so it was nice to get that done and know I can handle it by myself if I need to. After class DH and I headed out to Lowe's to pick up some weed killer (dang things are taking over my garden and I HATE picking them out by hand yuck) and picked up some of that outdoor fake grass rug for the deck. That thing gets so darn hot it burns my feet trying to walk around the pool. This helped cool things off quite a bit and whats really great is they had a different color not that green stuff. This one matches the deck color with mixed tan/brown/white/black threads and whew a big different on my feet. We're having that big cookout next weekend and I didn't want people burning their feet so this is nice. After that we had friends over to sit by the pool. I was telling DH lets not make a big deal for dinner because I want them to feel they can come over anytime and not feel like they're making us cook alot etc. In other-words it remains relaxing for everyone so they'll come over more often. BUT...my friend being the Portuguese woman she is, just love her, her culture much like my Italian friend Chrispy's lol, ALWAYS involves food and plenty of it. Anyway, my friend brings over the entire fixings for stuffed green peppers and her DH on his way home from work brought over Mudslides and Bud Light with Lime. Cripeola...so much for the simple throw hot dogs on the grill thinking! DH ended up cooking the peppers on the grill which worked out awesome an didn't heat the house up and we all used the pool while they were cooking. After dinner we sat around a nice fire and had some drinks. Oh yea that helps with the calorie count but, hell it was fun hahaha. I had a buzz going and they all laugh. I guess I relax hahaha. Man...those things went down WAY too smooth. So we toasted marshmallows and jibber jabbed it was really nice :drool: DH is already off this morning using his metal detector with a neighbor from my old neighborhood. So the guys got into this metal detector thing and his wife is on her last day of motorcycle lessons/license testing so she can go riding with me Too funny. She saw me on my motorcycle and said she always wanted to do that and it was on her kick the bucket list and signed herself up. We'll be riding together. Can someone answer this for me? Why do guys carry cell phones if THEY DON'T ANSWER THEM? Grrrrrr trying to get ahold of DH who specifically said "I've got my cell phone" and yet he doesn't answer it. Amazing...good thing it's not an emergency GEESH! ~small rant there haha~ Teens...yeap they can raise your bloodpressure too. Oh yea we're starting off on a good foot today Soo shortly the teen will be leaving the work, DH says he'll only be gone a few hours but, since I know better...looks like a quiet morning of me, Laundry and the foodnetwork. Yeap hahaha. I think I may just go get myself pedicure! Hmmm sounds good hahaha. Now if they give me one of those Mudslides while I"m in the chair I'll be in heaven hahaha Oh the reflux....ok I DON'T know why.....I can't figure it out....but it's been not as bad. NO I haven't lost weight, if anything I've put more on grrrr yet....out of the last 5 nights maybe once I woke up with the choking feeling. Go figure! I just just don't get it. I can't figure it out I really can't and it's so frustrating but, I'll take it. TOM is due next weekend so I'm sure I'll be starting the dang cycle all over again with it. I'm suppose to see the Bariatric doc next month......if this no reflux keeps up I'll probably be headed for yet another fill. Can't they just wire my mouth shut booo hooo. Sorry Sherry...liquids only for a month. yea right.....i'd be drinking those mudslides hahaha Betty - Wow on the approval. That's great. Again I'm jealous....well not of the actual surgery but of the wonderful results people get :tt2: I'm looking forward to getting things FIXED someday not the junk you have to go through healing but, the results. That's great and I'm happy for you! Keep us posted Pat - I thought you were definately going for the surgery again. I didn't realize you weren't sure. Hmm not sure I'd like a last minute babysitting job either. Especially if you were just planning on going home and relaxing. I'll have to see what my son ends up doing once he has kids. I'm sure I'll be in the same boat You're nice for doing it though...my mom never really watched my son for me but, once a year maybe and only for a few hours. She just never really would and would make you feel terrible if you asked. So I didn't go far or for long without him. Hope your son appreciates what he has, he's very lucky. Diane - Sounds like the get together of the NJ Gals was fun Hmmm might have to try me one of those wo who things hahaha. Donna - You'll love the Cape. You can litterally go all the way up 28 and see lots of things. Definately take in downtown Hyannis if you can. Great little street to walk up and down...nice shops, restaurants and then there is the peer. At the peer you can see the fish boats come in and out, deep sea fishing boats, and the tour boats and they have this cute walk with sheds on either side filled with crafters. It's really nice. Of course there are so many Christmas Tree Shops down there too.....good stuff cheap hahaha. I had a tree frog that constantly kept getting into my bins that hold the patio furniture pads. What a freaking mess with his poopies. Tiniest frog but, man oh man he made a mess! DH would take him out and he'd end up back in there every night. Couldn't win. I don't know what finally happened to him though as he's not there this year. Maybe it was his time to go or he found another frog to hook up with hahaha. Yeap Laundry is calling me and I don't wanna do it. I was lazy and didn't do it all last weekend soooo now I'm really in trouble lol. I have no choice! Soooo I'll go start that now. Eileen - Sorry to hear about the reflux. I know all too well that gross drowning feeling waking you up. My regular doc gave me my prescription. I don't see why your regular doc wouldn't. Just amek sure it's something that can be broken up or if capsule form you can pull the capsule apart. That's what I do. Good luck my friend.. sorry DH calling me for Breakfast and he gets ticked if I eat it cold. (keep telling him by the time I'm done it's always cold lol)

Trish - I had that problem with my dissolving stitches too. Just the corner or ends on the biggest 2.5 inch scar. Thats because that is where the knot it so it takes much longer to dissolve and for me that knot wasn't internal enough to get the moisture needed to dissolve so I felt this little sharp plasticy feeling thing. I was going to pull it out by DH had a fit so at my next visit I showed my doc and what did he do. Take the tweezers and pulled it out with a tug then put a bandaid on it lol. So yeap you're not the only one.

man.....bored today...plenty to do but I don't wanna..know what I mean? Ended up picking up some of the office today, what a mess. Ended up with 3 full bags of recycleable paper/magazines and a trash bag full of crapola. Got a laundry basket full of stuff I should sell on ebay or put on Craig's list but, who the heck has time? DJ thanks for the compliment on the 3 picture shot. Unfortunately, more than a year later I'm still the same as shot #3. My fault and then again not helped by the reflux issues and unfill either but, still I'm the one putting the food in my mouth. Lovely 1st shot huh? hahaha. That was taken at 4am the morning of my surgery...ewwww lol

Hello everyone, just popping in. Had to make an emergency visit to my chiro today......have you ever been in so much pain that you actually have to shut it off? Shut it off so you're not crying the entire day? Well that was me yesterday and this morning. My neck was so thrown off and I'm not sure what set it off. I'm still seeing the chiro for this next injury from the accident but, it's been really good lately after it's adjusted. I don't know what set it off this time other than....well I was up with that stinking reflux again and this time got up to pee and started to cough. Coughed stuff right up at the same time I was sitting ewwwww. Thankfully I have the trashcan. Anyway, I think thats what did it. Plus I had to lay wedged up so it wouldn't come back...which ends up setting off my lower back sometimes UGH. Eileen - when this reflux first started I wanted to get one of those pillows and couldn't find one. So I used the lazyboy until finally my DH said he'd sleep out there so I could raise the head of our bed. We have one of those dial-a-number beds that has the head and foot adjustments so I raised it. DH has gotten used to sleeping with it raised up now too. However....many a night I find myself with the head of the bed up and then have 3 pillows under me to practically sit me up straight. Lately what I"ve had to do is not eat past a certain hour just so the reflux isn't so bad. Seems the meds my doc gave me work great at first but then it shuts off TOO much acid and I end up regurgitating instead. UGH. So if I eat dinner around 5 and not go to bed until around 11 I do a little better...still reflux but, a tums or two will take care of it, I wedge myself up a bit more and I can get in a few more hours sleep. I'm trying, really trying to not even talk about it anymore because I don't want people thinking.....that's all I talk about. I'm really sorry about that :thumbup: I'll get past it eventually or I'll be back for another unfill and have to survive with just the band being there with no fill. One day at a time and lots of praying lately. Ok Enough of this...don't want to be a downer so not thinking about it helps with that lol Yesterday we didn't do anything really. Just stayed home...DH and I went for a motorcycle ride...I got on his bike because my neck hurt. I know stupid...really shouldn't have but, needed to get out of the house. Took a ride to a country place for ice cream...Almond Joy yummy....considered that supper for sure. Hmmm might have to do that more often because the reflux wasn't as bad last night lol. Then we just watched a moving WAR..eh it was ok..didn't like the ending on that one. Today...pretty much the same thing really. Went to the bank, ran to Kohls to get DH some shorts (nice sales)..then finally the chiro was in and rushed me in there. Good thing cause the tears were welling up and I was having a hard time holding them back. DH was worried but, I told him it was just because I was tired of the pain...I'll be fine. DOC cracked my neck a few times and I told him it was still off....laid down and he did it again with a different angle...stood up...DOC it's still off. CRACK!!! Ahhh thats it :frown: So feeling much better, still sore but, relieved. Doc rides bikes with my friend so we know him well. He was getting nervous because I kept saying I needed him to do it more lol. He finally said That's it Sherry...no more it's all muscle. Sooo ice and hot tonight for me. Back home....ran to the grocery store for few things and in for the night. Thought I'd peek in to see how my goils are doing. Hmmm maybe a nice stiff drink would help me relax these muscles huh? hahaha. Too bad wine gives me acid YUCK. Might have to work on a frozen mudslide instead lol. Oh did I tell ya I tried that Hip Hop AB thing? Geesh I'm so uncoordinated! PLus with a rolly polly belly it's kinda hard to be looking at these chicks with barely any meat on them...you can see their ribs. Oh yea baby...I'm working those abs UGH. So switched to Turbo Jam. Now that was ok...only 20 minutes but, zoiks I almost punched myself in the face a few times hahaha. She was tough...I still have to work on the coordination but, at least I moved. Ya know I can understand now why I liked the Richard Simmons DVDs because hell at least some of those people had meat or lots of meat so I didn't feel like I didn't belong...tape/DVD or not ya know? hahaha Ok time to ice my neck down....DH has Nascar on so I'll be resting for sure zzzzzzzzzzzzzz lol Hugs
