    I was also sleeved on 10/14. I couldn't take the liquids it made me nauseous. I tried crushing in applesauce. That was a little better. My doctor told me a couple of days ago to just swallow them one at a time. Most of the time that works, but a couple of times felt like it got caught. Just sipped a lot of liquids.
