Well i had my surgery sept 11 i did great left a day early from hospital because of how i was feeling wonderful HW 363 SW 349 2wks post op 327 And it felt greaaaat.....

Hi well my doctor told be to try cpunting calories and try to consume as less as i can so well tried it and in two weeks i have los 6lbs amd am eating less than 1000 calories i dont feel hungry or anything Sent from my LGMS428 using the BariatricPal App

Well im justo starting nervios and with lots of questions... Got muy referral, went to the seminar and turned in my paperwork.... Waiting for the calle from Summit to get appointment with nutritionist.... Oooh and im in the bay área...
