I am having gastric serve surgery on 10/21/16 and I'm very scared. I thought my BFF was accompanying me but she is unable to at the last minute so I will have to go alone. I'm terrified. Dr Fernando Garcia is my doctor. I'm just lost right now. I leave on 10/20/16 from louisiana and I'm so overwhelmed! Was so excited but so scared to go aloned

I have lost 2.2 pounds in 2 whole weeks... I am almost 6 weeks post op! What is going on. I get at least 60 G Protein daily and 64 oz fluids in daily. I eat between 400-500 calories daily and eat under 20 grams of carbs a day (usually more like 10-15 net carbs).... ugh! I feel like there is something wrong with my body. It has never been this difficult to lose weight!! I just don't understand Angel Surgery date 10/21/16

I have lost a total of 22 pounds since surgery. (Almost 6 weeks ago). I will try upping my Protein and liquid intake. And I'll measure tonight Thank you guys so much Angel Surgery date 10/21/16

I was sleeved 10/21 and I'm a little discouraged because the scale hasn't moved in a whole week! I lost 10 pounds since surgery but I don't know why it is still sitting at the same number! It's only been 2 weeks how could I stop losing after my first week? I'm getting 60 g of Protein in daily, 64 oz Fluid. I'm on full liquid and about to transition to purée. I stayed the night before in a hotel then surgery night and next night in hospital then 2 more hotel nights. I wore compression stockings in the way home after surgery to prevent blood clots. If you contact Tijuana bariatrics they will guide you through The Who process! Angel Surgery date 10/21/16

Hi! I'm so glad you decided to go with Dr Garcia! He really was wonderful and the whole thing was a good experience! No regrets!! I'm 13 days postop and I went back to work today. I have some weakness and fatigue but so far no other issues! Angel Surgery date 10/21/16
