I tried it and it tasted great but my stomach didn't like it at all I was hurting for about a hour. My surgery was 11/8 and no issues with Protein shakes. Dr said it was probably just to soon cause pudding is kind of thick. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

I just had surgery on 8th. Robe,slippers, pillow and soft blanket, cell phone charger, toiletries and something comfortable to wear home. The pillow and blanket saved me lol. Felt more comfy Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

So I figured I would try a few things today since surgery is Tuesday . This was actually pretty good. I put one scoop of unjury chocolate and 2 scoops of the powered Peanut Butter in with about 8oz of unsweetend almond milk in my nutribullet. Not to bad. A little thick but no chalky taste.
