I am not getting no where near as much Protein as I should. Ughhh help..... so I had my surgery oct 10th and I tried at least 5 different types hate them all. I'm lossing my hair and I feel hungry 247 I am on full liquids and so sick of creamy Soups. I fear I will not suceeed in this journey because I am hungry all the time dont ever fill full but I stop eating because fear ofstretching my stomach out. I am have a hard time with protein and food. Okay so I had the Sleeve done October 10th came home on the 12th on full liquids. I found this weird because others who have had this surgery were on strictly liquids not full and I'm allowed to swallow small pills others couldn't don't understand why I am allowed to or why allowed have oatmeals, puddings, fudgicles all sugar free of course ??? This isn't Weight Watchers. It's major surgery. The post op diet isn't a suggestion. It's mandatory for your health and well being. Do you know what a leak is? I really wish some of these surgeons would read these forums. The would think twice about who they would operate on. I was never informed on a leak or what happen if cheated. Don't Beat yourself up because you can't undo what you have done. Just to be on the safe side call your surgeons office. The whole point of point of putting your body through this surgery was to re-establish your relationship with food and live a healthier life. Pizza, fried chicken, and french fries aren't going to do that for you. And, at this early stage, you could cause some REAL damage to your body.
