I will be having the gastric sleeve in 24 days. I have already been approved by insurance and my leave from work is approved. Until this point I have been so motivated and excited and now that everything is set I'm finding it sooooo hard to stay on track. Did this happen to anyone else? If so how did you get back on track? I think I've gained about that much too. I have been going to weight management and trying to complete all the requirements for surgery since April so I think part of it is losing patience and kinda being over the waiting game. And though 24 days Isn't forever it still just feels too damn far away lol. I really need to get on mostly liquids next week to prepare. What drinks do you use? I feel the same way! I feel like I'm never gonna have certain things so I have to eat it all now and that's so bad. Then I feel bad after eating it and I'm reminded that this is the very feeling that made me start this journey to begin with.
