just a heads up, idk how many of you do drink alcohol pre-op or post-op, but for the love of God, drink in moderation. the night before Thanksgiving, I decided it would be fun to do 7-8 shots of rum. NOT GOOD. when it came time to hurl, im pretty sure the lapband kept the alcohol in my stomach, so i ended up painfully dry heaving for an hour. REALLY SUCKY. so yeah, don't be like me, and stay safe.

a) im 18, and i wish i could be 180 it all depends on you bmi, like how tall you are and your weight, and all that shniz shnoz.

tell your friends. they'll most likely not get it or understand, and most likely be against it (like my friends), but you should tell somebody!
