Im pre surgery and worried about that...my surgeon said if you have any skin issues like rashes or such to document it really well because insurance may cover it if it is causing health issues....also if you google there are a bunch of things people say may help in addition to lots of Water and exercise like palmers lotion and body scrubs twice a week...its all worth a shot Sent from my LGMS631 using the BariatricPal App

I am super nervous the closer i get. I have my first consult with the surgeon on oct 20th and i have already done all the tests and requirements so i dont know what to expect for a timeline for when my surgery might be. I would definitely try and keep them uncovered but if you must make sure your using non stick gauze pads so it wont pull off the scab where it has clotted Sent from my LGMS631 using the BariatricPal App
