Yes I am in Ontario belleville ! Today is better day 4 and don't seem hungry this morning. I have been eating broth and Jello when they have they're meals . Thank you for your understanding. Kudos to you for eating with your hubby even though you can not have what he's having. I can have sf Jello and broth as well what a good idea I will save my cup for supper time. I am determined. But I question so much of how determined when that instinct and habit of picking while I cook or when my son is done his plate lol. This is sooooo different and really breaking habits.
