I didn't want to scroll by and say nothing. Though I haven't had my surgery yet mine is scheduled for 1/3/17. I'm trying to change my eating now. Let me tell you this part isn't easy so I know yours is extremely hard. I heard it does get better. There is a Mexico Bariatric Facebook group too.
