    Thank you guys. I did find a support group at the hospital and I will be going the first Monday of every month I'm gonna try to relax and just stay off the scale for a little while

    I had surgery 8 months ago and have lost 190 pounds now I hit a plateau and nervous because I'm working on it and still not eating a lot and the scale still hasn't moved everyday I take it one day and a time and I'm proud of what I have done so far but I feel like I'm going to fail all the time anyone else felt like this at first?
