I think that's great! I'm almost 4 months or and am on week two of couch to 5k. I also have a personal trainer come 3x a week, 30 min twice and an hour on Saturday. I usually walk in addition to the c25k 5 times a week. My surgeon said as long as we're feeling good, we can do what we want.I think I am just so lost on everything. Yes that would be great! When did you get sleeved?I was sleeved 10/21/16 after having my date changed twice! Each time I was getting close I was anxious. I tried talking myself out of it. I have an anxiety disorder which just made it worse. But I got it done it wasn't so bad. The surgeon even told me before I went back that I could get off the bed and walk out if I still wanted lol. I've been watching "my 600 pound life" on TLC and it gets me anxious I have been watching that too and the ones that get me are the ones that don't do anything with it! The 2nd episode scared the hell out of me... When one of the twins almost died ????I watched that one too! And it made me cry! But I think as long as your Dr knows you well enough everything should go good. I have a whole bunch of tests done because I have a lot of heart problems. I am almost 3 months post op now! I was 257lbs at surgery and now but 219lbs. I am so excited. I got sleeved 10/21/16. It hasn't been easy. I still have some issues with some food or I am too scared to try new foods as I don't want to sick which I am sure none of do. I get the whole dumping syndrome too. So I just don't have sugar at all. Or just a very low tiny amount. But I just get an upset stomach and sweats and stuff like that. I was sleeved 10/21/16. I hope this helps you somewhat. But don't just look for sugar. look for other sugar too. I hope you get better with your pain soon. If it doesn't I would call your surgeon and see if you can get something different to help. I was hooked up to fentonal in the hospital even though I didn't use any pain meds at all while in the hospital or after I got out. Granted I have a very high pain tolerance. I am the same way. Even with the Water. But other people are noticing. What you could do, I am not sure if you did this before your surgery is take your measurements. I took mine right around my surgery and then again around my 6 week mark and it showed me I had actually lost a total of 33/34 inches total! I know that one. But the Drs blame the weight even though I explain to them I was getting them when I was skinny. Plus I sleep apnea, osteoarthritis, and tons of other health problems. So we will see Sent from my SM-G935P using the BariatricPal App

I get the whole "You don't look like you weigh that much" and what not. It took a lot for me to do the surgery. It was suggested by 2 different doctors in 2 different states that I get it done. I just love this app. Surgery make us all different. In my opinion. We really have nobody to relate to. And it can be hard at times even with having our significant others. They may be there for us, but they don't fully understand what we really go through. I am about 8 weeks out of surgery, was sleeved on 10/21/16. My fiance still doesn't understand all of it. mine was 3 months before surgery and they did a urine test. I quit 9/1/16. Thankfully because I drank so much Water and fluids I was able to clean my system. I was unaware how quick they were going to test me. I was sleeved 10/21/16. I have had 2 smokes since and they were gross to be honest. When I drink Protein shakes I use almond milk. The sleeve made my lactose intolerance way worse! I can't even tolerate Greek yogurt and barely string cheese! I was sleeved 10/21/16. I don't mind the surgery at all. I never ate much to begin with but I realize that I ate more than I am able to now that's for sure! It will get better.
