Well, surgery is scheduled for tomorrow morning at 8 am and I am starting to freak out! I am so nervous for the surgery itself and how horrible I'm going to feel afterwards. I keep telling myself I made this decision awhile ago and want to get healthy. I'm just so nervous and anxious. Any words of wisdom out there?! @@krissyleigh you will do great! You will probably feel a little groggy coming out of surgery, but the nurses were wonderful with keeping up on pain meds and nausea medication. I was a little bit sore, but most of all I was just so tired from the anesthesia. I had my surgery a week ago (10/26). The hospital stay wasn't bad at all! You are going to do wonderful!!! I'm the same way!!! I'm one week out and was given the ok for puréed foods. I was so excited that I made some scrambled eggs this morning (eggbeaters) and I'm thinking it was too thick. I got really sick! I literally took like 3 bites and puked for hours! It was horrible!!! I'm finally feeling better now. This head hunger sucks! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

I had the surgery on 10/26. The surgery went well. Not gonna lie, the first day was a little rough. I'm home now and feeling better. Only issues I'm having is with nausea. I'm so glad someone else posted about this. I'm on day 2 and feel absolutely horrible. The past two days I have had a horrible headache, nausea, dizziness, and major loss of energy. I'm praying it gets easier soon! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
