Help - not getting enough calories

Thank you for tips, just went and picked up some Isopure, and have home made broth waiting for me when I get home, so should be ok then. -
I've just been banded and am on sugar free liquids...and I'm concerned I won't be getting any more than 100 calories in a day...is this going to be a major problem for my clear liquids stage? Any suggestions as to how to get more calories in? :eek:
