It has been much better. My nausea and pain are gone. Unless I eat to much or to fast. I also have IBS and this has helped with that also. -

I can not believe what I am reading. If I say I am gonna pray for someone I am not projecting my religion. I am simply saying I will ask my God to look over you. If you don't believe that's all well and good. But it never hurts to have someone thinking about you.

Hi all. I am almost 3 weeks post bypass and I am on soft diet. Need help with food choices. I'm having a really hard time. I found some crackers that I was gonna put some cheese on. But I wasn't sure if I could do that or not!!! Please help.

Are we allowed to have stuff cooked with brown sugar. Like if it calls for a some in a recipe.

My stomach/pouch makes the loudest rumbling noises. It feels so weird. Anyone else experience this? Is it normal?
