Right now I'm doing slim fast high protein for the pre op diet. Afterwards I have isopure pineapple orange and banana.

According to my diet from the surgeon I'm supposed to get that much. I don't get that much because the shakes only have 5grams of carbs.

I'm waiting for approval now. I've completed everything I had to do. I'm scheduled for the 14th. Just don't want the surgeon to post phone because I gained wt.

It gets easier as the days go by I promise. You're ok just don't make a habit if it. I made it to day 7 of 14 day pre op before finding out I need one more NUT class. I was scheduled for next Tuesday but now it's the 14th of November. I was scheduled for next Tuesday but I have to have one more NUT class so now I'm scheduled for November 14th. I was on day 7 of the 14 day pre op diet. Lost 6 pounds too. I got a call today that my first NUT class wasn't accepted so now I have one more on the 31st of this month. I was scheduled to have surgery next Tuesday. I am so disappointed and discouraged at this point. Already into day 7 of the 14 day pre op liquid diet. So I'm on day 2. Yesterday was rough not knowing what to really expect. One thing I did realize though is how much I ate out of being bored. I'm disabled so I stay at home most of my time.
