Dr. Last week said I can have food this week and the only thing I really got from her examples of what to eat was eggs tuna or any soft fish ???? I want veggies can I eat a salad I Dont even think I want eggs or fish ...I think I got used to eating Soups now and I might eat soups for another 3 months ????????????????not really but ideas for soft foods other than meats 30 lbs down loosing in the right area because I want my hips and booty stomach and thighs and arms got to go !! This isn't Weight Watchers. It's major surgery. The post op diet isn't a suggestion. It's mandatory for your health and well being. Do you know what a leak is?
