My doc said they don't ever approve anyone beyond 2 weeks. You all with 6 weeks off are lucky!

    1/19/17 Surgery

My two weeks started today...so far so good. My coworkers were eating Pizza and nachos and I had to mentally remind myself that I'm doing this for my health and I'm making a choice to not eat like that anymore. Here's to a quick two weeks!
  5. At two weeks, was your energy coming back? How long before you felt normal again?
  6. Hi! I'm wondering how long people have found it takes to be able to do high intensity exercise after surgery. My surgeon said two weeks but I'm concerned that the reduced calories will mean I don't have energy for that. I want to be running again by March to prep for my half marathon. My surgery date is the 18th. Thanks!
