    What am I doing wrong?

I'm not sure about carbs, just been monitoring calories and protein. Yes, I measure out most of what I eat. I keep track in a journal.
  3. I'm 5 month post op and have not lost a single pound since 3 month post op. I exercise 5 days a week, 30 minutes cardio, 30 minutes weights. I'm averaging 48-72oz of water daily, about 80+ of protein and 700-900 calories. I feel so defeated! [emoji20]

    Feeling discouraged!

I average about 32 oz of water, 32 oz of tea daily. I'm eating 5-6 small meals with high protein, low carb, low fat. Usually i was exercising 4-5 days a week, however my husband has been off the since Christmas with a back injury so he can't keep the kids, so I've been going like 1-2 times a week.
  5. I'm feeling pretty discouraged. I'm 4 months out and in the last month the scale has not changed. Any ideas to help?

    Southeast Michigan

I'm downriver, had my sleeve Oct. 4.
  7. When I started this process my bmi was 48. I was sleeved on Oct. 4 and my bmi was 39. I'm now three weeks out, and still having difficulties getting in my protein and fluids. I can go for hours without eating as I'm not hungry. Then when I do eat something, I can't drink for well over an hour or I become uncomfortable. I'm afraid that the lack of fluids and protein is hindering my weightloss, as well as causing lack of energy and lightheadedness. I've loss 14 pounds since surgery. I've spoken. With my nut and she says I need to keep trying to get the fluid and protein. Looking for ideas? I just ordered genepro too, so hoping that will help with protein.
  8. How are you guys getting all your protein in? I'm one week post op, and I have yet to meet my goal (70g). I start on my pureed diet tomorrow, so hoping it will be a little easier. Before the surgery, I was drinking one shake a day with skim milk, since the surgery I'm having a hard time with milk. Looking for suggestions.
  9. I had my sugery October 4, in the afternoon. The pain hadn't been bad at all, however the gas pain and nausea has me in tears at times. I've yet to be able to any Protein drinks in, as they nauseate me. Anyone else experience this overwhelming nauseous feeling? Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G930A using the BariatricPal App
