I was wondering the same thing. It's only been a month for me but food smells gross me out and other smells are so strong. Another thing I'm experiencing is that I'm cold all the time. I too had Surgery one month ago today. So far I think things have been going well. The only thing I can say is that I dont believe I'm having enough Protein or liquids. I try but cant seem to consume enough. I have lost a total of 31 pounds however I haven't weighed myself at all this week because I was becoming very obsessed with weighing myself sometime 3-4 times a day. So I removed the scales from my house and wont weigh myself until my check-ups. Do you have any suggestions On how to get all your Proteins and liquids in. I'm really struggling with that. I also seem to be obsessed with string cheese lol. But boy it does feel great to be feeling so much better in such a short period of time. Congratulations on your success and continued success.
