Unfortunately my Dr. joined his practice this year but don't see him on the list. My surgery is a week from today. Can't say it is a surprise though. Went thru my insurance and had started this process last year with Dr.Castro so went back since I had done most of it last year. -

On day 6 of Liquid diet and it is definitely a test if will! Keep pushing on to the main goal. Ready for sleeve surgery next Friday. -

@@Yardsleever I am right in there with you. On day 4 of two week pre op liquid diet and have been a little grumpy to say the least. I have done some hard core things in the past but this is definitely stretching my limits. Stay strong and we will get through this. Not a sprint, it is a marathon. -

Started liquid diet today and I don't remember seeing so many dang food commercials in my life. Was not real crazy with thanksgiving. Keep telling my self it is all about me and a better health and push on. Two weeks till the Big Day!

Pre-op diet: 11/28/2016, Surgery Date: 12/12/2016.

Start my liquid diet on 11/28 also. Surgery is on 12/9. Thanksgiving this year is going to be last real food for a couple of months. More nervous about the unknown factor of how I will do through the early stages. Type 1 diabetic so have hope that this surgery will help in getting this under control. Ready to get 'tis done. December is slow season for me so hope tyou o have speedy recovery. The unknown aspect of this is what is driving me the most crazy. Tired of the weight roller coaster and am determined to win this battle!
