How much was it in Kansas City? I am self pay.

I talked to my regular doctor today about the surgery. He suggested Dr. Edwards. I haven't called the office yet. I want to do more research from people who have had it done and their experiences. I am glad to find this website and read the successes. I have a couple questions. I am 60+ lbs overweight. Is there a percentage you have to be overweight? It will be self pay if I do the surgery, how much is it?
